Gerald was our salesman and this is at least the 3rd brand new car that I’ve purchased at different dealerships throughout the USA. Oil Change and Rear Brakes As usual, everything was excellent, except a slight misstep at checkout. First, they forgot my corporate discount, not a big deal, it happens. Second, they charged my credit card the non-discounted price. Again, not a big deal, it was corrected immediately. In all Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside does an excellent job, when mistakes are made, they apologize and correct them immediately to my satisfaction. I made a joke about it, they laughed along with me and took it on the cheek. My family has been customers for over a decade and will continue to do so. We have had our 6 Hyundai vehicles serviced there at one time or another. More
