Jovin made the whole process really relaxed and no pressure, which as a lady purchasing a car on my own was a very awesome perk. He also listened really well to what I was looking for and persuaded me into a better vehicle for my needs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

We ended up haggling as price via email was different than when we were at dealership. Agreed after one hour but took 3 more hours to wear us down. Saying had to prep car. Added additional fees that were never explained to us. Did not realized until after we signed. Response was you signed paper work.so customer that was your mistake. We slipped them by you and nothing can be done about it. We'll never do business with them again as they are not trustworthy More

They offered a price that seemed great and so we negotiated to a price that met our satisfaction. Then, as we were signing papers, they gave us a Car Fax report and asked us to sign stating that we received the report. They kept moving quickly through the documents and my wife looked at the CarFax and noticed the vehicle had been reported as "damaged". They said nothing about this until we brought it up - then replied "that's why you're getting such a good deal". So they knew and did not disclose to us the damage report. We looked over the car and could not see any noticeable damage - but felt very deceived. This is a big purchase and all of our excitement was drained because they were knowingly hiding information about the vehicle. They knew that if it was disclosed that the vehicle was damaged - we would have more bargaining leverage or would have walked away from the deal. We talked to 3 different people and they all kept this information to themselves - Don't trust these guys. More
Great price/people - but fees piled up. We live an hour away from this dealership but had been looking around for an inexpensive lower mileage manual transmission vehicle. We found one on Ca We live an hour away from this dealership but had been looking around for an inexpensive lower mileage manual transmission vehicle. We found one on Cargurus from Racine Hyundai and so we set up an appointment to drive down to see it. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and overall very helpful. The vehicle was decent - drove well and in okay condition based on the year. One thing we noticed is that they didn't post any side shots of the car on advertisement/cargurus page. We saw why when we finally inspected the vehicle - it had some heavy rust spots just behind both front wheels and a small dent on the passenger side. Also the ads list an inflated "original/retail" price not really even close to anything KBB or Edmunds would list and then they have a "discounted" almost in half or more price so you think you are getting a great deal. While the discounted price is competitive and fair once you see the fees you realize what they are doing. Normally, I am accustomed to at least the tax, title, license fees of an additional $175-200 depending on the price of the vehicle but even though we came in for a car listed as $2995 they weren't going to let us leave for nearly $1000 more than that. Definitely, not in our budget. We were ultimately able to get them to come down to a more manageable $3600. While they do list the $299 service fee there seems to be some other $299 fee that I never really completely understood. It would probably be best if they could somehow communicate how much the out the door cost is going to be so folks knew what they were going to be working with. I honestly felt bad for the salesman who I felt was having to make excuses for the ownerships tacking on of fees. He never spoke badly about the dealership/owner but with the price of the car we were getting tacking on another $750-1000 is substantial and hard to explain in the end. So far we are pleased with the purchase and hope this will be a vehicle that fits our needs well in the long run. More

Huge scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Adrian and Andrew are the two biggest liars. They sold me a car and charged me all kings of extra dealership fees on a used car on top of the sale pr Adrian and Andrew are the two biggest liars. They sold me a car and charged me all kings of extra dealership fees on a used car on top of the sale price. I contacted the dealership multiple times to cancel my Multi-Shield policy in the last 30 days. I was originally told the policy will be cancelled and the $700 would be refunded back to my loan. I called the Leander and they confirmed with me 2 weeks later they have not received any refunds. I called the dealership to follow up with the finance manager Andrew he said he needs me to drive the vehicle to the dealership in order for him to further assist. I asked to speak to the office manager Adrian and I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and the office manager hung up the phone 3 times without calling me back. I was told by IAS I can cancel the policy by filling out the cancellation form however the dealership will not send me the form. Andrew told he he can not mail me the form because "I needs pen ink on the paper" and via email this will not happen. I live out of state and I can not conveniently stop by at the dealership. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. They will SCAM you. I hope this helps everyone reading this. More
GREAT PLACE TO DO WITH We appreciate the low pressure sales pitch and the honesty over the product, e.g., if there was something the salesperson thought was not great about We appreciate the low pressure sales pitch and the honesty over the product, e.g., if there was something the salesperson thought was not great about the car, it was mentioned. Whatever questions we had were answered and we were able to spend as much time driving the car as we felt was needed to get an idea about how it handled and worked. The two items we wanted included (spare tire and cargo bay cover) were thrown in to the deal without extra cost. Just as a side note, the big selling point for the Ioniq was the lifetime warranty on the electric system batteries, a feature not found with other brands. When we came into get the tire and cargo cover, the service was fairly quick and very professional and friendly. In fact, everyone was friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with you. More
