We came into this dealership after seeing a car online that we were extremely interested in. After the test drive, we were ready to buy. When talking price with our sales guy, we found out that the car ha that we were extremely interested in. After the test drive, we were ready to buy. When talking price with our sales guy, we found out that the car had gone up $8,000 online since when we looked last night. The sales manager Scott Waller came to talk to us and said he would make some calls because an error had been made. When he came back, he mumbled a story about not being worried about selling the car and that “it’s like a sale at Best Buy and it’s over now” which contradicted what he previously said. He told us that if we had been watching the price online we should have come in sooner if we really wanted. When we stated that we had just had a baby, he interrupted and said that he understood but we were unrealistic with our budget and price points. The pre-approved loan we had with us said otherwise. Instead of taking accountability for the mistake and trying to find a solution, Scott found a way to blame everyone else, including us as the customer. He never once talked to us about cars on the lot that were similar to what we were looking for. Due to his demeaning manner, we walked away without purchasing a vehicle.
