Dylan was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I never felt pressured or rushed by any of the staff even though it was past closing time for the dealership. Dylan went above and beyond providing snacks/water for my young school-age child and patiently answering all of his endless curious questions. Dylan even retrieved a quilt, with sentimental value, that I left in my trade-in and kept it safe at his desk for a few days until I could pick it up. Dylan was very knowledgeable and went through all of the high-tech capabilities and options available in my new car. He, along with other staff, encouraged me to reach out if I have any questions or confusion in the future, which is reassuring since technology is not my strong suit. I will happily return to Ziegler Hyundai of Racine for my future automotive needs. More
