This is by no means against Marco Villatoro as he's one of the greatest individuals I have dealt with in the auto industry. However, Jeep has become such a horrible brand and Ziegler is the worst dealershi of the greatest individuals I have dealt with in the auto industry. However, Jeep has become such a horrible brand and Ziegler is the worst dealership across Illinois. I’ve provided feedback multiple times before, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. At this point, I can confidently say that Jeep has become my most disliked brand, and I hold Ziegler responsible for that. Their focus appears to be solely on selling vehicles, with little regard for customer satisfaction or long-term retention once the sale is finalized. In November 2022, I began leasing my vehicle with a $10,000 down payment, a trade-in, and a monthly payment of $1,135—only to end up stuck with a problematic vehicle for 39 months. Over the past year only, I brought the car to the dealership more than ten times for various issues. In some cases, I was informed that the problems were acknowledged but that I would simply have to live with them. On top of that, the vehicle has had numerous recalls. One of the most frustrating experiences was spending nearly three months—half of November, all of December, and half of January—without heat in my car during Chicago’s harsh winter. During this time, I was also unable to use the vehicle’s electrical features because Ziegler could not accommodate my service request in a timely manner. After finally having the car in their possession for 22 days, I arrived to pick it up only to find that the heating issue was still unresolved. I ended up missing work and driving 90 miles round-trip to the dealership, only to be told that they needed to keep the vehicle longer for further inspection. I even attempted to return the vehicle for free and end the lease in October 2024, but was told I still owed "too much" on it. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating, and I can confidently say that Jeep offers the worst product quality and customer service I’ve ever encountered. I will never consider purchasing or leasing a Jeep—or any of its sister brands—again, and I will be sure to share my experience with others to warn them against making the same mistake. More

This is the second time in a row we have had our vehicle serviced here and both times they didn’t clean or wash the car. I have never had my car serviced at a dealer before and not got it washed. The excuse this time was the wash was not working. First time, no excuse just didn’t do it. I will remember this when I bring the car in for the end of my lease deal. More
