They lost my keys while my car was there. Then they paid for an Uber to take us home after we waited 30+ minutes, but it smelled horribly of cigarettes. I've owned several Jeeps over the years so I have dealt with many service advisors. In all of the dealerships or service centers I've taken any of my vehicles to, this is the first time I can say I've had with many service advisors.
