All it takes is to take a copy of desired plate to send to Secretary of States office. They would not do it. I ended up with the bad state of Illinois generic license plate that will cost me an additional $200 to change in a few months. That is bad customer service b They also were intent on selling me “tire protection” which I did not want on the vehicle. The other thing I did not like was all the free advertising they expect me to do with my vehicle. They put a dealership sticker in back tailgate, front and back dealer license plate frames and dealer floor mats all of which were removed and thrown away. Shady, Dark service from people that will harass you for months. All I did was contact them about a car and they harrassed me with voicemails for 6 months until I blocked their numbers. I just deleted 13... yes THIRTEEN voicemails from some chick named Brianna begging me to come buy from them I bought a car 4 months ago from someone else and these ppl wont stop harassing me. Will be filing a complaint through the labor board. NEVER come here!! More

Price not as advertised The car was advertised for $12,750. I liked the car and I made an offer of 12,500 as $250 discount was given by setting up an appointment with them. The sales person Marc Kennan told me that the actual price of the vehicle is $15,240 as they are charging $1,495 for PREP FEE, and $995 HANDLING. Those are some made up fees by them. When asked, they said that PREP FEE was a fee for them to having car inspected by Hyundai dealer (why would they do that if they have their own service), which makes no sense at all. The Handling fee, they referred as fee for the car being on their lot. I bought a total of 6 cars in my life, and I've never experienced anything like that. I will give my business to someone else that is not trying to scam me like that. I just wanted to share my own experience from today 05/16/2020. Be aware! More
