That Creepy Stalker Ex you regret ever crawling into bed with. I inquired about a 18 year old car at this dealership. Needed answers to two questions. 1. Is the car available? 2. Can it be financed longe with. I inquired about a 18 year old car at this dealership. Needed answers to two questions. 1. Is the car available? 2. Can it be financed longer than 24months? I got that the car was available, but for the financing...I get this run around. I need to fill out a credit app... Rates and term varies with credit score. I asked hypothetically, with an 830 credit score, can I finance for 36 or 48 months? Again run around. This is about the time I realize I am not dealing with a sales person. I'm talking to some clueless person who works internet sales triage for the floor people. She starts asking for all my information. Since I do not want to be inundated with emails and calls. Knowing there are 6 other cars like the one I'm asking about. I tell her, I'm done and moving on to the next car. What happens next is truly amazing and makes me wonder why they needed my personal information. I get three rapid fire text messages. A call back that I send to VM and then two emails. This is within 5 mins of me hanging up. Then I get another phone call from some person saying she's a manager. At this point I am so pissed. Having my phone blown by someone acting like I just broke up with them. Now this person calling with this pissy attitude like I'm the one at fault. It's simple folks. The car, the would be deal, is not what I want. End of xxxxx story. "Not here at Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg!" "We like to make it so you either buy from us, or we make sure you never want to set foot in our dealership again." Which is pretty much what I told the last person to call me. She said she would remove my info and I would never hear from them again. I stated to make sure they remove me from the Service Department list since I would not be bringing my Jeep there either. Today I get an email that I have a few notifications from LinkedIn. Three people at the dealership looking at my Linked In page the day of this call. THREE!!! None of them I have ever seen or met before. Let just add Cyber Stalking to list of Zeiglers Top Notch Customer Service. I call and left a message for the GM of the dealership today. (I apologize for that profanity strewn voice mail.) At the time when I left it. I was beyond angry with this entire event. So, in a nut shell. Because I did not want to give my personal information (Which the dealership already had) Because I did not buy the $14,000, almost 20 year old car they had. I've had my phone blown up like I'm on the telemarketers top-10 list. Texted and emailed and now, Cyber stalked by three people at the dealership.
