Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

I went in because I had oil leaking from my 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee. They charged me $190 for a diagnosis and told me when they looked at the oil filter housing it had a really big crack in it that was grand Cherokee. I was quoted $1,700 to fix it and an additional few hundred for other fluid replacements. I then took my Jeep to another service center to get a quote there and was told there was no crack in the oil filter housing, but a gasket had given out due to what sounded like a manufacturer defect. Overall fix cost $500 with all the fluid replacements. They lied about the diagnosis and seeing a crack – I don't even think they looked at it. They were going to change me an additional $1,200+ than a competitor. I would not go back to have my car serviced here and would not recommend them to anyone else. More
