Carlos Gonzalez did a great job for me. My battery was dead, and the AAA guy who got it started at my house told me not to turn the car off and get it right to the dealer or to a repair pe My battery was dead, and the AAA guy who got it started at my house told me not to turn the car off and get it right to the dealer or to a repair person -- AAA would not change the battery because of it's location in the car. I drove it to Zeigler without an appointment, and Carlos listen to me, and jumped right on it himself. He made it super easy for me, and I really appreciate that! It was ready for pick-up the same day. Carlos, great customer service!! More
