He listened to what we had to say and brought forth an absolutely perfect car. He was extremely personable. The only glitch came at the end when we had an uncomfortable encounter with the finance guy. I would have given an overall rating of five stars had it not been for the encounter. There was an underlying tension between the sales rep and finance guy that was unclear and created an awkward experience. He just seemed angry about something. Even with that glitch, I already recommended this dealership to my workmates and friends and would continue to do so. More
