Went in today to inquire about a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The salesman Jayson was very nice and helpful. Long story short, conversation led to a NEW 2022 Grand Wagoneer that they had in stock. As with any Jeep dealer right now, they said they were willing to give a great deal to push these cars out. I figured because it was a 2022 and I’ve seen amazing deals on 2023’s, that this car was going to be priced great. The car is nice but after seeing it, I realized it was marked as new but had over 3,000 miles. It’s definitely been used as a loaner. The car has a dent on the door, the passenger door is damaged when you open it. Looks like at one point they locked the keys in the car and had to force it open. The panel on the inside has to be replaced, as well as the paint in several spots. The rear passenger side window trim is hanging. These are a few things I quickly noticed, who is to say there’s not more. I have a 2022 that they weren’t giving a ton for, that is in better condition. I completely get that these are things that can be repaired. But it’s crazy to me that they would give me a low offer for mine, and come back with an $81,000 deal for this 2022 that needs to be repaired is just crazy! I was interested in this vehicle but will not pay that! I’ve seen much better deals for 2023 Grand Wagoneers that other dealerships are trying to get out. Not sure I would ever go back to this dealership. No one came after he gave me the numbers, no interest in negotiating. Reading other reviews and seeing that the manager has such a generic reply to all of these bad reviews really makes me think they don’t care. I’m sure they don’t follow up on half of these! But wanted to let you know and save others from taking the trip to see this vehicle. There’s a reason your still stuck with this 22. At that price you will have it for another 3 years! More

I don’t ever want to deal with Emily Armstrong again. She was dismissive, and insulting. I left my car there to be fixed and they did in fact fix it, but I received my car back with a new problem that She was dismissive, and insulting. I’ve only had this car for a year but I’ve been told they cannot figure out how to fix it, and hopefully it will resolve with an update. Emily, not wanting to admit that they are unable to fix my problem, kept trying to convince me that my phone was the problem. Infuriating… At least the head manager, who might be named Marco if I’m not mistaken, was kind enough to call me and admit they are at a loss on what to do. More

Was a pleasure working with all of the associates at Schaumburg Zeigler. Everyone was very friendly. We especially liked Marco - was very genuine and nice to work with. Removing a star because I was less impressed with service provided by the body shop my car was sent too. When I got my car back, the passenger seat was covered in dust/dirt. Truly looked like someone had gone mudding and then got in the car. The netted pocket on the passenger door was also stretched out and has not returned to its original shape. When I pointed the mess out to the Schaumburg Ziegler, they did have the car cleaned up - which was greatly appreciated. Back to the body shop - I had my hinges repaired which resulted in the entire door being clear coated. However, the body shop left a handful of tiny rust spots that could have been easily polished out before sealing them in. If I would have known they were going to do this, I would have spent the 5 minutes polishing them out myself. Overall, writing this review to point out the lack of attention to detail of the body shop in contrast to the excellent service provided by Zeigler. More

Lanny Lancaster was a great salesman he was very patient and let us walk around look at all the vehicles alone and did not bother us until we were ready for him to help us.
