Price not as advertised The car was advertised for $12,750. I liked the car and I made an offer of 12,500 as $250 discount was given by setting up an appointment with them. The sales person Marc Kennan told me that the actual price of the vehicle is $15,240 as they are charging $1,495 for PREP FEE, and $995 HANDLING. Those are some made up fees by them. When asked, they said that PREP FEE was a fee for them to having car inspected by Hyundai dealer (why would they do that if they have their own service), which makes no sense at all. The Handling fee, they referred as fee for the car being on their lot. I bought a total of 6 cars in my life, and I've never experienced anything like that. I will give my business to someone else that is not trying to scam me like that. I just wanted to share my own experience from today 05/16/2020. Be aware! More

I suggested we look wild await for the finance department was told it would be a few minutes and sat there a half hour then walking the lot with the sales associate could not find either of the vehicles on the lot then I told they would not even qualify for financing because even 2012 was to old that and I would need to Buy a new or newer vehicle an require $4000 down. Requesting a Bait and switch review by the Illinois office of professional license. Update: I was told completely income based” and that they wouldn’t do a hard inquiry on my credit. I just received notice from Credit karma they hit 5 times they made hard inquiries on my credit this is derogatory and may make it harder to obtain credit for the next year. More
