I brought the car running for diagnosis for DEF see dealer warning on dash. end up towing the truck from your location and wont start. Stating that my truck either a valve body or transmissioon issue dealer warning on dash. end up towing the truck from your location and wont start. Bring it to local mechanic in the issue was simply loose negative wire connection. connected to the chassis underneat the fuse box and seized starter reason the truck wont start. Note: The battery is also replaced still not able to pinpoint the problem. The truck was repaired 6months ago to your dealership and the PCM, DEF PUMP AND DEF INJECTOR was replaced which the same DEF warning issue. Thinking just a minor issue. End up staying at your dealership for almost 2 months and giving me a wrong and expensive diagnosis. This is the only truck we use for making a living. Since it was there for almost 2 months it really affect our income for survival. I hope it wont happen to any other customer you have because its really hard for a family thats depends thier income for the truck. More

Management then told us they have sold trucks out from underneath people even though the other buyers put 20,000 down on the truck. This dealership has no integrity. More
