Forced to buy a 2000$ appearance package on new cars that doesn't cover anything. If the chemical they say was even applied on it was done terribly and uneven. Not only on last service for a minor fix, but took a call from me on another issue I was experiencing at another location;; reassuring me that my problem will be handled the same way as if I was at her shop. I truly value her expertise and knowledge and fill comfortable dealing with her as a professional. Joni Dawn will be an asset as a supervisor or a trainer for others at different locations. Mark was our sales person and he was amazing!!! Calls every 30 days to see if we have concerns. Because of my husband's work schedule they helped get us in asap and so pleased.
