ZERO STARS!! I have so many unkind words to say about this dealership, but I'll keep it PG! Slimy, sleazy dishonest and any other terms for not trustworthy and liar you can think of!! Went on 12/16/21 this dealership, but I'll keep it PG! Slimy, sleazy dishonest and any other terms for not trustworthy and liar you can think of!! Went on 12/16/21 to trade in a car. Was given a quote which was 1K less than KBB. Said I would take no less than X amount. Salesman Demetrius talks to sales manager, comes back and says, we can do what you're asking. Demetrius's manager comes out shakes our hands and says banks are closed, so we'll see you tomorrow. Agree to meet the next evening to sign paperwork. Arrive at the agreed upon time, wait almost and hour and a half for the finance guy. Walk into the finance managers office only to find out they've underhandedly changed the agreed upon price to almost 2K LESS than what I asked for and we agreed upon and almost 1K LESS than what they initially offered me. They refused to change the price back to what we agreed upon. I even have a text from Demetrius stating “My Boss got it worked out on what we discussed last night”. LIAR! They thought I was stupid and wouldn't notice! I know it seems a little ridiculous to walk away over such a small amount, but I refuse to do business with liars! It's the principle, so we walked away! Sales guy (playing stupid) calls me today, Monday 12/20/21 to ask me if I've made a decision about the car. I told him No! They are dirty, sneaky liars, and until they change the trade in on my car back to what they said, No! He said his sales manager would have to call corporate to get approval on the amount I wanted. I asked "then why did you tell me the first night (Friday 12/17/21) that the sales manager approved what I was asking for?!" I ended up hanging up. These guys are sneaky liars!! Take your money elsewhere and STAY AWAY from this place! More

The service department is really good. I usually don't go to a dealer for service or repairs because of price. But after my first visit which was very positive I now always go to Joni because she is knowled to a dealer for service or repairs because of price. But after my first visit which was very positive I now always go to Joni because she is knowledgeable, flexible & always helpful trying to get a coupon or discount for me. Also I like dealing with a woman service manager instead of the men from other dealerships that just dismiss me if I have a concern. Good job Joni!!! More
