this dealership never washes or vacuums my car, for as much money as they charge for route maintenance they should at least wash and vacuum the car. I also think for the long wait times the least they sh much money as they charge for route maintenance they should at least wash and vacuum the car. I also think for the long wait times the least they should offer is bottled water and snacks to their customers, but on my last visit there, I was so glad I had my own water bottle with me as there was only a water fountain to refill my water. The no longer had bottle or snacks for their customers. Probably the employees ruined that for the customers as I often saw employees taking from the customer's designated refrigerator and snack basket. More
Bad customer service, I waited 2 hours to be told I needed parts for what I came in to fix that day and waited month later appointment ,what's the purpose having a Parts Dept. If you don't have parts n needed parts for what I came in to fix that day and waited month later appointment ,what's the purpose having a Parts Dept. If you don't have parts needed to do job that your all knew what I was coming into get fixed....worst Service center I ever been to. Then they made me pay for my part before getting it ordered to fix my side mirror and my recall on my 2013 Kia. Now waiting AGAIN for appointment to come again to get it fix... More
