I have used this dealer for service since buying my car here in 2006 and will not go anywhere else. Upon arrival I was greeted by Cy in the service department who was as courteous and friendly as could be. In the process of waiting Cy had come to let me know that the mechanic, in his inspection, had found that the right rear tire had a nail in it. This was so ironic as I had noticed about every month or so I had received a low tire pressure warning and this very tire was the repeat offender. They suggested a repair that would eliminate this problem. Also, suggested was an air filter that would allow more air to get to the motor and allow for better gas mileage. Neither of these items had crossed my mind and were so impressive as they not only improved the very concerning gas mileage issue and also allowed for improved safety of my vehicle, and in turn my family. Upon my request I was able to observe the tire issue and the air filter and speak with the mechanic, Bob. In a quick conversation I realized that Bob was nothing less than a diamond in the rough and a asset to any business. With all the work done and even a car wash I was out of the dealership in about 35 minutes. Awesome job gentlemen! Since acquiring my Saturn SL2 in 1999, I've been very happy with service I received at, what is now, Winner Autoworld. When it was announced that Saturn was folding, I was very worried about trying to f happy with service I received at, what is now, Winner Autoworld. When it was announced that Saturn was folding, I was very worried about trying to find someone else I would trust to work on my car. I was thrilled that most of the staff apparently stayed when Winner took over. I don't know how many are still there, but I've consistently been happy with their maintenance. During this last visit, Ci was very helpful explaining a problem my car was having at 140k miles and tried to minimize the costs with a coupon that I had received via e-mail. Peter was also very courteous, professional, and accommodating getting me to and from work. I'm holding onto my car as long as it's dependable and I can trust the folks at Winner Autoworld to help me keep it that way. More

The people in the Service Dept. are great and very courteous and go out of their way. The men that work on the car do a great job, and the little extra they do is great. A few weeks ago I went to Winner for service on my wife's car. I usually use another mechanic for my vehicle. In fact, the only reason I went back to Winner was because of my positive experience with Cy. After this most recent visit, I am even more confident with my decision to use Winner as my auto service center of choice. I bought my car from Winner when it was a Saturn dealer and have always taken it there for maintenance. They've kept my car in such great condition that in the 4 years I've owned it, it's only had 3 servi and have always taken it there for maintenance.
