Winner Autoworld

Last weekend, three days before my family's planned move to New Hampshire, our van broke down. I called Winner, where we purchased our van, and Cy lined me up with their preferred towing company. Cy found time time to squeeze our van into a swamped Saturday in his service department. Each time I called Cy to ask about the van's progress, he was curteous and professional, even with running into issues with parts delivery being delayed and our warranty company denying coverage. Regarding our Premier Warranty, Cy and his manager Dave both went to bat for us with the company when it refused to pay for a water pump over a single tire rotation missed over a year ago (especially since a tire rotation has absolutely nothing to do with a water pump). Unfortunately, the warranty company wouldn't budge, which was extremely disappointing, since we purchased the warranty through Winner's sales/finance team and we believed we followed Winner's service guidelines to the letter. I still cannot recommend Cy's service enough, though. I believe he is still trying to work something out with the warranty company and gave us a small discount as a courtesy and an apology. And, while I never saw him in person, I also want to thank Brian for the wonderful work he did on our van. Cy, you're the man! More

After going to a Chevy dealership twice , to fix an engine problem and not getting the results I was looking for, I went to Winner Autoworld. Finally, my problem has been fixed. I would recommend Noel to everyone. He not only is a sales person but he is a caring one as well. He will try to always find you a car that fits what you want and your everyday needs.
