I have been going to this dealership for twenty years. When it became WinnerAutoworld(formerly Saturn of Newark) I continued going there because of the friendliness of the staff both in service and sales. With the present staff, I would not consider going anywhere else. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I look forward to each visit. I even call sometimes inbetween visits just to check on each of them and say hello. I would and have recommended this dealership to my friends. I had an exceptional experience at Winner Autoworld on 7/14/11. I am a single parent/grandparent working 2 jobs making ends meet. I had been rejected and treated shoddily by multiple smaller car dealerships (buy here -pay here) totally convinced that it would never be possible to get a approved for financing at a larger dealership. The moment I walked into the showroom at Winner Autoworld, I was welcomed by the young sales associate, Temeka Walden who treated me with respect and educated about the options open to me. I was treated as a serious buyer not as a wiggling fish on a fishing pole hook. I was never spoken to condescendingly or impatiently . There were NO pressured sales tactics. I was treated like a potential buyer worthy of respect. Ms. Walden made me believe that it was possible for me to have a newer, reliable car and that Winner Autoworld would do everything possible to exhaust every reasonable options. Dawn Muzoleski , the finance person also carried on this unbeleiveable experience and kept plugging away until she located a bank willing to finance my purchase. She was tireless in her efforts, personable and very informative of the options. I learned more from this dynamic duo at Winner Autoworld than I thought possible. I left that dealership in a almost new, 2011 Hyndai Elantra, with my head held high. I can't thank them enough for giving me my dignity back. This dealership is exceptional & I would recommend it to anyone. You have to see it to believe it! More
