I have been a customer of Winner Auto World and previously Saturn of Newark for 8 years. I have purchased two cars and always take my car there for service. Bob is hands down the best mechanic a previously Saturn of Newark for 8 years. I have purchased two cars and always take my car there for service. Bob is hands down the best mechanic a girl could wish for. He always explains the problem in detail so that I understand what the issue is and possible solutions while keeping the cost within a reasonable margin. Mechanics often have a bad reputation but Bob would change anyone's mind. I truly do not know what I would do without Bob. Also, the customer service provided by Jeff is outstanding. He is thorough, flexible with scheduling, and does whatever it takes to make me feel like he has my best interest at heart regarding the overall customer service he provides. Last but never least, Ray is an amazing sales associate. Everytime I come in for service he remembers my name and asks me about my car. Although I am only 27, I could not imagine a better car buying experience compared to when I purchased my last car from Ray. He truly brings a smile to everyone's face he encounters at Winner. In closing when I heard Saturn would be no more, I must admit I shed a tear but knowing that they remained open I am certain that my car service and purchasing future in safe with these three outstanding men.
