I called and scheduled a 10am appt for an oil change - first service of new car. I asked how long service for a simple oil change and the response was about 45min. The service clerk recommended I check first service of new car. I asked how long service for a simple oil change and the response was about 45min. The service clerk recommended I check in early if possible. I arrived at 0930 and checked in (Alaina was awesome - very friendly and helpful!) I left to walk around Kailua and returned at 1100. Car was still sitting in the parking lot. She said it was next ... then it would be 45 min. (What's the point of the 10 am appt?) Car finally done at 1230 ... 3 hours and $230 for a simple oil change and check up. That's about 30 min and $100 at Jiffy lube. Car wasn't cleaned out, didn't wash anything, tires weren't rotated ... I won't be coming back - the wasted time and overpriced service isn't worth it. More

As soon as I walked in the staff at Windward Ford greeted me and every questions I had they answered. I went in wanting information on the F150 because I am in the beginning stage of my buying process. As I me and every questions I had they answered.
