I had never been to the dealership before, when I arrived I was directed to the proper lane to pull my car into. My representative Mike was friendly and professional, and told me that it might take an hour o I was directed to the proper lane to pull my car into. My representative Mike was friendly and professional, and told me that it might take an hour or an hour and a half to finish my oil change. I looked at cars in the dealership while I waited and then found a lovely bench to sit on and wait. When I went back inside within five minutes they called me and told me my car was ready. I was very satisfied and would be happy to go back again for my next service call. More
