Manny needs customer service training on professionalism. I do not buy cars often and before I do, I know exactly what I want including colors. The dealership did not have the color combo I wanted and the on I do not buy cars often and before I do, I know exactly what I want including colors. The dealership did not have the color combo I wanted and the only one available was in Alabama. When Manny calls me he informed me that cost would be my responsibility so I informed him I would move on to another dealership. He never wavered he just said “ok” and hung up. I got dressed and was about to go to the other dealership when he called back to tell me they would pay to have the car shipped. I told him I was still interested. the following day he updated me on approximate arrival that was Saturday night or Monday morning. To my unplanned surprise the car was ready Saturday afternoon. I was not in town and was unable to retrieve the vehicle. When attempting to set up another time there was some going back and forth to which Manny stated “I was ready Saturday at 3:30. I told him how rude I thought that was. He never one time excused or apologized for the remark. During finance Judy was visibly irritated that I wanted the interest changed as I knew I had a very good credit score and I asked for a better price on the GAP insurance. My goal was to keep my note around $600/mo. So if I wanted any additions during finance, room needed to be made. As a consumer, it is my responsibility to ask at the very minimum. I love the car, truly. Your customer service is lacking. More
