Great service from Doug. Everything was quick and easy. He was very professional and thorough. Only negative is 4 days after pick up , the maintenance alert popped up and the Everything was quick and easy. He was very professional and thorough. Only negative is 4 days after pick up , the maintenance alert popped up and the car was in need of an oil change and break check. I feel like that should have been done prior to turning the car over. Especially since Westside Lexus had done all of the service for this car. Now I have to locate someone to check the breaks but at least an oil change would've been nice. More
