Exceptional customer service & beautiful cars! I have bought many cars over my lifetime, and the experience that I had at Westcoast Auto was by far the BEST my husband and I have ever encountered. I have bought many cars over my lifetime, and the experience that I had at Westcoast Auto was by far the BEST my husband and I have ever encountered. As soon as we pulled into the lot, we were impressed with the abundance of well-maintained beautiful cars. They have every style to fit everyone's budget and needs, and the attention to detail in not only their cars, but in their customer service, made our experience a "sealed deal". Cesar was the person we were fortunate enough to work with, and he is the only person I ever want to assist me with in any future car purchases. My teenager is getting ready to get her license, and I hope that the car that she chooses will be on Westcoast Auto's lot. Cesar made us feel like we were part of the family, and he exceeded any expectations we could have hoped for. There is no pressure to buy, and no phony gimmicks. Argenis assisted us with the loan paperwork, and worked hard to find us an excellent rate. We felt no pressure from him in regards to the "extras" that other dealers try to push on you. He was understanding of our needs, and although it was past closing time, he gave us his undivided attention and time when going over all of our options. After we sealed the deal, my husband insisted on taking pictures of me in front of my new fabulous car. Cesar saw this, and came running out with a big green bow (and his genuine smile) so that we could take pics in style! Before I left the lot, Cesar sat with me to show me how the different gadgets and gizmos in the car worked. Again, it was way past closing time, but Cesar put my needs first. I can not say enough about this dealership. Although the cars speak for themselves, I have to say that we walked away from other similar cars because of their employees and customer service; however, with Westcoast Auto, we stayed because of everything they had, and did for us, from beginning to end. They are located about an hour away from us, but seeing their smiling faces on this site, makes me want to drive up just to say Hi! There's a reason they were voted Dealer of the Year, and I expect that they will continue to take home that title! More

No pressure from Joey. Clear, informative, and knowledgeable financial advice from Albert. To going above and beyond to satisfy the customer by delivering the truck to our front door from Ali. If you are in the market for a vehicle and you don't give WCA a look, you are just throwing money away and adding to your stress level. Highly recommend WCA. More
Flexible, patient, genuine I live in San Francisco but couldn’t find the model I knew I wanted locally. However, I found two at two different dealerships in L.A. (CalStar and WestCoast Auto) and so planned to fly there over the weekend to check out both. In the meantime, I connected with sales at each and began gathering CarFax reports, photos and lining up pre-inspection mechanics. Although each sales rep was initially forthcoming with my requests for data, it was WCA that had an early and obvious edge on CalStar. Where WCA was quick and forthcoming with every request I could think of, CalStar was much less agreeable in virtually every other. By the time I arrived to look at the first vehicle at CalStar, the independent mechanic advised me to save my money and go elsewhere. The car was quite abused in his opinion but my salesman only indicated a single (major) issue AFTER I booked my flight. This left me down to one vehicle and this is when WCA really shined. WestCoast paid for my hour Uber trip from Burbank to Ontario and I found the car I was looking for. I couldn’t find a second pre-inspection mechanic on the weekend and was exhausted by Saturday night so Jonny, Ali and Rick paid for my hotel which was very generous. Even though I still had questions all through Sunday, they then gave me the keys to the vehicle for that whole evening to blow off some steam and get some fresh air while I waited for a Monday morning pre-inspection. The Monday inspection went without a single issue, as WCA had ascertained to me and that made it possible for me to buy with confidence at their stated price. This was higher than the historical reported dealer advertised sales but with WCA’s attention to my comfort and understanding of my unique logistical situation, they earned my gratitude nonetheless as I sailed on back through the 115 degree heat in comfort and style. It was so much stress and pressure figuring out if getting a car was a good move. My credit was not the best (fair), and with two children, and a brand new job, it felt like a fantasy to be able to qualify for anything at all. Then I met Cesar. Rapidly I began to realize the case was not what it seemed. He quickly told me the credit range I would qualify for and pulled up a list of cars that would be perfect for my budget. With preferences mentioned, I was on my way to finding the perfect car. He took me to the different options I had and gave me many tips on what to look for (miles, year, modifications...). He is a VERY honest and knowledgeable person, VERY patient, friendly, and professional; he made one feel like family. I asked stupid questions and he gave me logical answers without making me feel stupid. I felt like I could be me; like I had the power to make my own decisions; I never felt pressured and NEVER felt like he just wanted my money. After looking at about 5 cars, I decided to make my decision and it is the best decision I could have made. I met with Argenis (manager) and quickly got hooked up with the perfect car for my budget; I definitely feel like I got more than I paid for. Argenis is honest, quick, friendly, and caring. He gave me the best deal for my money without me having to even mention it; it was a deal I could not resist. I learned a lot from this experience; not all dealerships are what people believe (negative). There are honest people out there who truly care about your well being and Cesar and Argenis are one of them. Thank you SO MUCH for your amazing service.
