I was in the market for a new car since my previous car was totaled, but throughout the entire process, Cesar was my main guy that I worked with to he I was in the market for a new car since my previous car was totaled, but throughout the entire process, Cesar was my main guy that I worked with to help me get back on my feet with a new car; from the moment I first set foot on that lot, he greeted me with a big smile and did all that he could to make sure that I get behind the wheel of a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. Everyone knows how frustrating the claims process can be but throughout that time that I kept Cesar updated on my insurance and that I was very interested in the car, and he took good care of me. He held the car for me as well worked with me on financing, smooth process overall.
