I called and spoke to a very helpful salesman named Joey who answered all my questions and helped me secure financing. Once I had come out to test drive my car another saleswoman helped me named CJ and she was absolutely amazing. She drove all the way out to my work the next day on her day off through 2 hours of traffic to meet with my cosignor. I had just walked around the lot less than 30 seconds when Gio greeted us and offered his knowledge to make our decision easier! Rami drove all the way to OC to have my co signer sign all the paperwork and he was the friendlist ever! He was very welcoming and on top of his game! Making sure we were comfortable and made all the tedious paperwork run smoothly. Very humble man! Thank you Rami. JJ took his time to gsit with us and explain how the process would work! Gave us a better understanding and make us feel like a priority. At last before walking about with our 2014 Ford Explorer XLT the a tall gentlemen I think he was manager (I forgot to get his name) not only greeted us, but he came outside and showed interest in our plans to add our own touch to the SUV.
