Had previously purchased my dream car from dealer, Terrance Lewis was my sales consultant and diligently worked to get me in my car at the price that worked for me. Not only was he a wonderful sales consultant, but as a follow up worked with service to schedule my free oil change on the vehicle. Everything went smoothly; he made sure they had all the necessary filters for this oil change because the purchased car was not a Honda, but a used vehicle that was on the lot. When I arrived for my oil change, everything was set and ready. I was in and out in a very timely manner. Will definitely use this dealer and consultant when I decide to purchase my next car. I will also continue to use them for service. More
I have been a loyal Honda owner for over 7 years, which means I have had my car serviced at a lot of Honda Dealerships. I have never had a more frustrating and miserable experience than West Broad Honda. I means I have had my car serviced at a lot of Honda Dealerships. I have never had a more frustrating and miserable experience than West Broad Honda. I have had to make 3 visits in a 2 month span, thanks to their negligence and disrespect. The miserable experience begins as soon as you speak with someone in the service department over the phone. If you are answering the phone at a place of business, I believe there is a level of professionalism that should be displayed; however, West Broad Honda's service staff must have missed that training session. The amount of attitude and complete disrespect shown to me on THREE separate occasions when trying to schedule a service appointment is completely uncalled for and disturbing. After arriving to the Service department, be prepared to stand around and feel like an idiot because everyone acts "too busy" and doesn't acknowledge your presence. The service staff also likes to be argumentative and defensive whenever approached about a question concerning the services they either will be or are performing. The service staff also is great at completely missing obvious and necessary maintenance (aka, not telling the client that the brake pads on their back tires are nonexistent during a brake check appointment, only for this client to be told AND SHOWN by another dealership on the same day). They also tried charging me $120 more than a competitor on a basic routine maintenance procedure. The cashier was literally the only person I felt acted with any courtesy or respect. I would rather drive 3.5 hours to my previous Honda dealer than drive the 7 minutes to West Broad Honda. I highly discourage anyone from receiving service at this dealership and hope West Broad Honda will take into serious account their negligent customer service and strive to fix it. I will no longer be going to West Broad Honda at the start of the new year to purchase a new vehicle thanks to the horrible experiences I have had. More
I purchased my 2008 CRV from this dealership. They are all nice and helpful when you are buying. God help you if you need service. At 36,065 miles my CRV AC died. I drove into the service bay to ask about setting up an appointment. No one there could help me. The first gentleman (I use that word loosely) said he was booked solid and I could ask at the other service bay team desks...well, going from desk to desk I couldn't find an appointment for diagnostics until a week later - maybe... A system like this is NUTS. I will not be bringing my business to this dealership again. They are not customer service oriented. They are just out for a buck in the sales department and drop you cold when it comes to standing behind their merchandise. More

Unfortunately the sales rep at west broad HYUNDAI was very unfriendly to us so we disappointedly left the showroom and stepped into HONDA show roon which is located very net to. There, we happened to meet KATE.Though my wife did not like Honda CRV after test drive, she asked our requirements and interests, she also learnt from us the experience we had with Hyundai sales rep,she quickly went there to Hyundai dealership and helpe us close the deal in 10 minutes for 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe.She has been very professional,courteous and friendly. I 've already recommended to few of my collegues and recommend her to anybody. Yes, she is great asset for the company. More

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Oh yes there was a guy I when back and forth with the price I can't remember his name I called him the Money Man he was great also. I felt like the dealship really wanted to meet all of my needs and make me happy. I will tell anyone who will listen how great your dealship is. More
Very casual sales experience. We did not feel pressured into an immediate purchase as we have by some dealers in the past. Kate Hinton did a great job when my my oldest daughter was shopping for her first car. My daughter told me about the Honda Fit Sport model. I called Kate and made arrangements to see the car and talk to h was shopping for her first car. My daughter told me about the Honda Fit Sport model. I called Kate and made arrangements to see the car and talk to her. She was very courteous and did not press me to buy the car. I researched the best price form USAA and she was close to matching it. Had she continued to call me I would have not purchased the car. I prefer to meet and talk once then sign a deal. Taking car of my daughter, 22 year old, is what did it for me and no pressure. More

The staff at West Broad Honda made my experience excellent. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership. I negotiated the price and options via email and phone. They were fast and courteous in handling all of my requests. They understood my needs and listened to my concerns. My car had not come in from Honda yet and as they promised they called me when it came in, held the car until I could get there to see it and had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived. I have 2 young kids who had to come with me to the dealership and the way in which they handled the sale made all the difference. I was in and out within 1.5 hours and that included time to test drivbe the new vehicle to be sure everything was okay. From start to finish they were professional and honest, two qualities rarely found in the car industry. I could not be happier with my car or my experience and I would highly recommend them, whether you live in Richmond or you are travelling from any distance. Thanks West Broad Honda for making one of the things I dislike the most (buying a car) one of the bext experiences I have ever had. More
