David was extremely knowledgeable about the Pilot, patiently answered all of our questions, and took the time to make sure we understood the vehicle and its features. Most importantly, we never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. We purchased the Pilot through the Costco Auto Program, which was also a very positive experience.
