I purchased my 2019 Honda pilot from West broad Honda. I've had it for 2 years and they still cannot fix my auto stop start mechanism. I've been to West broad multiple times for this I am now at Pearson H I've had it for 2 years and they still cannot fix my auto stop start mechanism. I've been to West broad multiple times for this I am now at Pearson Honda Still they cannot fix it. I've called Honda of America with no help either. I would definitely not recommend Honda They do not stick with their warranties and they can't figure out what's going on with their own vehicles. Very disappointed I went with Honda because I didn't want to deal with all these issues that apparently Honda is one of the worst. Will be switching to Toyota or Subaru at least they back their own product. More
I took my vehicle in for service this morning which is 5/23/24 . I will never go back there again. The person that I dealt with was very rude and obnoxious, even to the point where the person at Fidelity 5/23/24 . I will never go back there again.
