Service Department was a good experience My Honda Civic was making a vibrating noise and they were able to find that it was a simple adjustment and took care of it. He is accommodating and always looking to make sure the customer has exactly what they want and need. He's up front and honest about the pros and cons (although there aren't many) of each vehicle depending on what you're looking for and he definitely knows what he is doing, the features of each model and the differences in each package. The staff doesn't make you feel pressured, is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend West Broad Honda and Saul Kazdul for anyone's next vehicle purchase! More

20 Minutes to Replace my passenger airbag - Unbelievable! I took my 86 Honda Accord to the service department to replace the passenger airbag due to the recent mammoth recall (I had the driver's side replaced I took my 86 Honda Accord to the service department to replace the passenger airbag due to the recent mammoth recall (I had the driver's side replaced in July, but due to the massive numbers involved, the dealership had to wait for passenger airbags). I had an appointment at noon. My car was ready and waiting to go by 12:20 - new airbag and all! Unbelievable! More
