Excellent. I had to get my car inspected ASAP, as I had not realized that it had expired the previous month. Then unexpectedly I had to rearrange my calendar so I had to get my car inspected ASAP, as I had not realized that it had expired the previous month. Then unexpectedly I had to rearrange my calendar so that I could attend a memorial service for a friend who had died. The West Broad Honda folks were flexible to fit me in for an earlier appointment. When it took longer for them to go over my car, they went above and beyond by giving me a lift to another appointment that I had that day, which had also been bumped up to accommodate the memorial service. Rudy was so kind to take me to where I needed to go while my car was still being worked on. I have confidence in their taking care to make sure my Honda Pilot is road worthy. I like being able to have an appointment for an oil change. They have a nice quiet waiting room where I can work and not be disturbed. I was able to have a free snack which became my lunch.
