disappointing experience I have been to West Broad Honda twice for service. I am new to VA and needed service and then later a state inspection. Each visit took a very long t I have been to West Broad Honda twice for service. I am new to VA and needed service and then later a state inspection. Each visit took a very long time even though I had an appointment each time. The first visit I had to go out to service desk to see if my car was ready after waiting nearly two hours for an oil change. The service advisor said that my paperwork happened to just be coming off the printer. At the state inspection visit after nearly an hour and a half I went out to inquire if there was a problem with my car. The woman I spoke to looked at the computer and said she would ask my service advisor if he had my ticket. He then came to me and was very condescending in explaining how a state inspection works. I got the full “talking down to the little lady who doesn’t understand cars” treatment. I will never return to this dealership More
