Great Experience I took the Honda CRV that I purchased from West Broad Honda in for my first service appointment. The experience was far better that I could have ever I took the Honda CRV that I purchased from West Broad Honda in for my first service appointment. The experience was far better that I could have ever hoped. The process of taking my car in was effortless and then I was thrilled to know they had two waiting rooms. One was quiet and it was quite - no cell phone usage or crying children. There was great WIFI, free coffee and donuts too!! The seats were extremely comfortable and there was a table for laptop usage. There were free shuttles to various parts of the city for those who needed a ride but I did utilize that service. I was told when I booked that the process would take 1 1/2 hr and it was 1 1/2 hr to the minute. Really it was the most comfortable wait in a car dealership I have ever had. More

Marcus Freeman has exceptional people experience. Marcus Freeman was so nice and courteous to me. I went in to purchase a new vehicle and he noted I have a mobility issue. He allowed me to test the Marcus Freeman was so nice and courteous to me. I went in to purchase a new vehicle and he noted I have a mobility issue. He allowed me to test the Accord and the Civic but it was the CRV that gave me the best results for entering and exiting the vehicle without struggling. It has been 26 years since I have bought a new vehicle and the technology was overwhelming but Marcus was patient and walked me through the steps. disappointing experience I have been to West Broad Honda twice for service. I am new to VA and needed service and then later a state inspection. Each visit took a very long t I have been to West Broad Honda twice for service. I am new to VA and needed service and then later a state inspection. Each visit took a very long time even though I had an appointment each time. The first visit I had to go out to service desk to see if my car was ready after waiting nearly two hours for an oil change. The service advisor said that my paperwork happened to just be coming off the printer. At the state inspection visit after nearly an hour and a half I went out to inquire if there was a problem with my car. The woman I spoke to looked at the computer and said she would ask my service advisor if he had my ticket. He then came to me and was very condescending in explaining how a state inspection works. I got the full “talking down to the little lady who doesn’t understand cars” treatment. I will never return to this dealership More
