I had a small accident and damaged my passenger side mirror , went to the service department, ordered a new side mirror in November 2019. NOTE : I ordered the mirror, NOT collected the mirror as yet. 2 weeks later I got a mirror at another dealer way cheaper than Wesley Chapel Honda, they were charging me $600 for 1 mirror, I got it at another dealer for $380. I contacted Brandon at the parts department here at Wesley Chapel Honda, Brandon told me the mirror is NON REFUNDABLE. Be Very Careful ordering anything from the parts department at Wesley Chapel Honda! Now I'm waiting to hear from Bill James which is the director of the parts department. Bill James Told me that the part was a special order parts and there are no refunds. The Service Or Parts Department did not explain to me that this was a special order part. I will never shop or service my vehicle here ever again! More

Just Say No! On Saturday, November 23, 2019 in the late afternoon, I arrived at thisdealership with my husband to look at the CR-V and Honda Accord Ex-L. We were g On Saturday, November 23, 2019 in the late afternoon, I arrived at thisdealership with my husband to look at the CR-V and Honda Accord Ex-L. We were greeted by Felix Mercado. He seemed less than interested in working with us, let alone showing us a vehicle, however, he did. We test drove both the Accord EX-L and CR-V. He told us a number of times that the Accord payment would be over $500 per month before he even spoke with any manager. We found that interesting because we had already gotten a quote from Brandon Honda via the internet for less than the $500+ he kept telling us. Despite his demeanor, we finished our test drives. He offered to “get back to us” on a payment. We said that was fine because we needed to get home to let the dogs out, but let him know we live 5 minutes away. That was Saturday…we NEVER heard back from him. We ended up going to another dealership to lease a vehicle on Sunday. Today, I brought my lease back to Wesley Chapel Honda to turn in. There he was standing in the showroom. He approached me saying it was good to see me. I told him that I went ahead and leased a vehicle from another dealership since he never got back to me like he had promised. He seemed unphased, made no apologies, and acted very cocky. This is a HORRIBLE representation of the kind of service your dealership should be providing. He didn’t give us the time of day and had no humility to apologize. Apparently, his “other clients” were more important to his bottom line. I can tell you that during my time with my recently turned in Honda, I NEVER received poor service in their service department. I always was treated with respect and the process was always pleasant. Unfortunately, the last two times I have tried to lease a car from them, that has not been the case. I ended up getting my Honda the last time at Winter Haven Honda, a dealership near my parents home, after having a less than pleasant experience in the sales department. I share this because I feel it’s important for others to know the experiences people have. Mr. Mercado needs serious counseling in how to respect customers and make them feel like their business is valued. Especially being that he is a “Senior Sales Representative”. More
