I bought my 2020 Honda Civic from Wesley Chapel Honda in 2020. For about 2 years I always brought it back there to have it serviced. But then they really messed up once. I called my service advisor & she w 2020. For about 2 years I always brought it back there to have it serviced. But then they really messed up once. I called my service advisor & she wouldn’t take my calls or return my calls. Same for Bill the service manager. It was upsetting because it was Hondas fault. So I was done with Wesley Chapel Honda. Very frustrating.i took the car back to the shop where I had my vehicles serviced before I bought my Honda. But recently I needed a new camera & sensor that only a Honda dealership could do. I did not want to go back to Wesley Chapel but I had to. I was lucky enough to get a service advisor named Willy Seawright. He changed my entire attitude concerning Wesley Chapel Honda. He came out & met me when I arrived for my appointment & he went above and beyond the 2 mornings I was there. He kept in constant contact with me & kept updating me etc. I had to wait on the car & Willy kept checking on me to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable. He kept coming to me with updates etc the whole time. I really can’t say enough about Willy Seawright. He changed my whole attitude about Wesley Chapel Honda. I won’t forget him & how nice and knowledgeable he was. Thank you so much Willy Seawright More

Great experience at this location. Nick Castro is an excellent salesman. If you want a car and good deal make sure to reach out to him and he will work is hardest to make it happen.
