After several emails, we went down to this dealership and spent HOURS doing paperwork.My granddaughter was told she would need a co-signer BEFORE they even ran a credit check! As we were leaving, we realized the sales person still had our keys. I asked him three times to give them to us and he did not!He just kept on talking and insisting that we come back inside. I was ready to call the police when the sales manager came out and at that point our keys were returned.The manager asked us to come back inside. He ran the credit check and admitted she had "stellar" credit and asked which car we were interested in. Well, we had not even been shown what was available! The manager instructed the sales person to show us the vehicles and we went out to the lot. All of the vehicles were locked and the sales person did not have any of the keys. So, we could not look inside and of course could not test drive any of them. I had questions about the warranty that our salesman could not answer. By then I was VERY unhappy!! I don't know how this dealership sells any cars. There must be someone there that actually knows something about what he is selling! I can only hope so because we certainly did not come away with that impression. My granddaughter was insulted that they assumed that because she is a waitress, that she would not have a good credit score and played the co signer card before they even checked. I was astounded when the salesman would not return her keys!! Then I got mad! Never in all the years of buying cars have I ever been "held hostage" at a dealership and that is exactly what it felt like! UNBELIEVEABLE!! Would not recommend this dealership if they were the only one in the state thay sold Hondas!! More

Whatever, the time i spent there was not bad at all and they were pretty straight forward, no gimmicks and nothing hidden. It is true the fees are high, but at least they were upfront, went to hondaland the week before and they have the same fees, they just split it up and call it two diff. things.. so what ever, Michael and Ken were great, and I AM GOING TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS, besides that, the price was sweet, i bought a new civic lx, gray, for 14.5, plus all the other stuff, but it was still cheaper by about 890 then the other quotes i got. A++++ More

Until I found Honda of Wesley Chapel and Michael Acord the Internet Manager... He made this process the smoothest and fastest I have ever experienced. From straight forward pricing and no hassle conversations, my experience at Honda of Wesley Chapel, was far above and beyond I thought I would experience buying my new Honda Accord. I emailed him a request on information on a new Honda Accord, within an hour, I had my response, he told about all the current specials, he gave me all the info I needed about trading in my car, and explained that there are some other dealers out there that would most likely give me a little bit better price, but would not be there for me after the sale...I really feel like he cared about not only selling a car to me, but being there in years to come when I need service or if I run across any problems. Well, needless to say, it has now been 6 months and I still feel the same way, he gives me a call every 3 or so months, to make sure all is still going well, heck, he even called me on my sons birthday to tell me that he want to wish him happy birthday, and if we had time, to stop by this Saturday for a birthday cupcake....NOW THATS SERVICE. If any one is looking to buy a new Honda, you can not go wrong with Honda of Wesley Chapel...From the straight forward pricing, to the customer service, they are tops in my book in the Tampa Bay Area. More
