Kevin Campbell was our salesman and was responsive, comical and professional from start to finish. We were given a loaner vehicle for the time of repairs at no cost. The car still had a few additional issues that I was unaware of prior to purchase but with the help of general sales manager Tyler Hill everything was eventually and satisfactorily corrected. Kevin is an honest and trustworthy person who worked diligently to get me the best deal! He made the leasing experience pleasant without the high pressure sale pitches! I have been to other dealerships where the salesmen only gave me a headache and a desire to get get a horse and buggy! Thanks to Kevin the horses are under the hood and I will be driving a Honda again! During the lease processing, the dealership manager, Louis, introduced himself and asked if I had any questions or concerns! It was great to see a manager meeting his customers and being user-friendly! The dealership financial representative, Sean Veilleux, was also amazing! He throughly explained the contract and the benefits of leasing a Honda! Every contract part was explained and broken down in easy to understand terms. Sean took the time to answer my questions which included the end of lease purchase option, life-time warrantees, road assistance, mileage, and so much more. Although I did not visit the Service department today, I have had positive experiences when I brought my Honda in for routine maintenance! The service department pays attention to details to maintain vehicle performance! Great staff and mechanics! Honest too! I highly recommend the Wesley Chapel Honda dealership team!
