The reason is that this dealership is a total RIP-OFF. The finance manager we spoke to was very RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. He actually told us he was doing us a favor by selling to us at all. In the end I told him where he could stick his deal. I have purchased several new cars and have never dealt with such low lives as this WESLEY CHAPEL HONDA DEALERSHIP. NO STARS!! Beware.. More

Be VERY CAUIOUS when servicing your car!!!!! I went to Wesley Chapel Honda 3 different times complaining of the same issue. The service adviser kept telling me it was my motor mounts, so I had my I went to Wesley Chapel Honda 3 different times complaining of the same issue. The service adviser kept telling me it was my motor mounts, so I had my mechanic change all motor mounts (that weren't broken). The same issue was still occurring, finally I brought my car to a different Honda dealership where they discovered the real problem. I wasted valuable time and money because of the service department at Wesley Chapel Honda. I would recommend not going there at all or differently getting a second opinion on all service work. I myself will never return to Wesley Chapel Honda !!!! More
