I bought my first Honda in May of 2009. It was a really positive experience. Joe Sabb was my salesman at the time. Joe spent a lot of time with my wife and me answering all of our questions and we determin positive experience. Joe Sabb was my salesman at the time. Joe spent a lot of time with my wife and me answering all of our questions and we determined the best value within our budget. I bring my car to the dealership for its scheduled maintenance and almost every time I’ve been there I usually run into Joe. He always greets me with a big smile and a handshake. If he is not super busy we usually chat for a little while. Well today I opened up a letter from Wesley Chapel Honda that basically said that they could take my trade in and put me in a new car for less than what I was paying and, no out of pocket cost. Too good to be true, right???? Not so. I had nothing to do so I took a ride to the dealership and showed the letter to the receptionist who then called over a salesman and lo and behold here comes Joe Sabb with that big smile. I knew that Joe would be straight up with me. Well to cut to the chase, a couple of hours later I drove off with a brand new CRV paying less than I was paying before and I still had the same $100 in my pocket. No out of pocket expenses. Funny thing when I got home I realized that I left a cd in my old car so I got out Joe’s business card to text him and I see “ Building Relationships That Last…” that is exactly what Joe does…… More
It was a pleasure working with Mr. Saab. After talking to a number of Honda Dealerships across Nature Coast and the Bay Area, we were ready to give up on purchasing the Honda we wanted. Mr. Saab was hone to a number of Honda Dealerships across Nature Coast and the Bay Area, we were ready to give up on purchasing the Honda we wanted. Mr. Saab was honest with us and worked with us to get what we wanted. He did what he said he would do, did not see the need to neatively report on other dealers as we had experienced, and was pleasant to talk to. We are grateful for such honesty and will glady use Mr. Saab in the future to purchase our next vehicle. We love our new Honda Odyssey Touring. It has all the bells and whistles. Thanks Wesley Chapel Honda and Mr. Saab. More
My husband and I stopped by Wesley Chapel Honda on a rainy, cold Sunday afternoon. My vehicle had reached the 100,000 mile mark and I had a list of vehicles I wanted to test drive. As I mentioned, it w rainy, cold Sunday afternoon. My vehicle had reached the 100,000 mile mark and I had a list of vehicles I wanted to test drive. As I mentioned, it was cold and wet that day, but that did not stop Joe Sabb, the Sales Associate I worked with, from trekking across the lot with us as I considered which cars I was most interested in test driving. Joe was kind, courteous, and professional. He answered my many, many questions. If he didn't know the answer to my question, and some were very random, he would find someone who did have the information I wanted. My intentions were to test drive some cars, not to purchase a car that Sunday. However, Joe and the sales manager(s) were so accomodating to my many request, I soon realized I was not going to find a better deal than the one they were offering. I ended up with my dream car and I am very happy to have worked with Joe. More

First, I must explain my reasaon of buying a car was to purchase a dependable vehicle to commute between my son and daughter's basketball games. I would like to take this opportunity to shed some light on a growing problem in the car dealership industry, right here in our backyard. The yoyo sales practice in my opinion is flat out wrong and illegal and until someone from State or local government steps in; this sales practice will continue to tarnish the moral fabric of our community. On November 14, I was summoned to Honda of Wesley Chapel by salesman Kenneth Wilson who worked diligently with me for three weeks. I informed him that the only way that I would come down to the dealership is if the dealership had a vehicle that will work for me and that I would have no issues financing. Mind you, Honda of Wesley Chapel was well aware of my credit situation three weeks prior; they required me to provide proof of income, proof of residency, and proof of insurance. All these documents were given to Ken to give to his finance manager. On Sunday, November 14 I was shown a 2006 Honda Accord EX. in the repair bay. We negotiated on a price without test driving the vehicle. We were told that the paper work would have to be finalized that same day or we ran the risk of loosing the deal. I signed all documents on November 14 only to return on November 15 to test drive the vehicle and pick-up for delivery. We walked out with a binding contract since both parties signed and drove home. On Thursday, November 18 I was called back by sales representative Kenneth Wilson who advised me to come in and sign another contract. That day I met with finance manager RJ Day and he advised that me that the price of the vehicle would be lowered due to the bank and this would be my new and final contract. I specifically asked him if this completed the deal and would I ever have to return, he replied, "Nope, this is it you don't have to come back anymore, congratulations." On Friday, December 10, 2010, 30 days after signing the original contract; 26 days after signing the so called final contract; I was called by Kenneth Wilson stating for me to come in on Saturday December 11, 2010. Ken said he was not aware of the reason, all he knew was that a manager asked him to call me and come back to the Honda of Wesley Chapel. Due to the short notice I was unable to go on Saturday but did go on Sunday, December 12, 2010. I was told that no manager was on duty and no one would assist me. Upon my persistence I was approach by finance manager Robert Wrightsman who reiterated that no manager was on duty and since he was not aware of the structure of the loan there was nothing he could do. This struck me due to Mr. Wrightsman was the original finance manager that helped me with my original paperwork. He informed us to come back on Monday, December 13, 2010. On Monday December 13, 2010 I went to Honda of Wesley Chapel and spoke to Garvin Pavlosky who is the new car Manager and he informed me that in order to keep the 2006 Honda Accord EX. that I drove off the lot on November 15, 2010; I would have to give an additional three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) or return the vehicle that I have been driving for thirty days. The Used Car Manager, Tim Winningham was rude and did not give me chance to speak. He only told me, "It's not that I don't want to help you but I have to get paid." Like any consumer, I trusted the personnel because after all I was dealing with a reputable company as Honda, not for one second did I think that I was going to get swindled by Honda. I feel that I was discriminated against due to the fact that I am women and not familiar with the tactics that Honda of Wesley Chapel are using to fraudulently extort more money from me than originally agreed on a contract. I have all copies of all contracts signed on November 14 and 18 available for review. Ironically, the temporary license plates expire on December 14, 2010. The license plate that is legally registered to me and to the vehicle that I purchased is be held by the Honda of Wesley Chapel in order to assure that I have to return the car to Honda of Wesley Chapel. I am a firm believer that the little people still have a voice amongst big corporations that create their own rules and hide behind laws that they misconstrue. I feel that my rights were violated and not respected as a consumer. I believe that Honda of Wesley Chapel has practiced this fraudulent sales tactic for sometime. Think of all the credit challenged families that came before me and that experienced the same fraudulent results. Think of all the families that were scared to speak up or the families that didn't know how to file an official complaint. This yo-yo tactic is wrong wrong wrong. I implore you to find it in your heart to help me along with the silent consumer that experienced the same fraudulent results, make a difference in how Honda of Wesley Chapel should treat consumers no matter what their credit score. Please help! Respectfully, Regine More

I brought my CR-V in to get an oil change and to take a look at my compressor for my A/C. I must say that every single time I have brought in my vehicle, they have treated me with respect and not only that but also as a friend. They have always given it to me straight with no "lines" or shady sales tactics that other dealerships often make their service departments do. I have always received the best service and more importantly Johnny and the staff treat me as I would treat my customers. So thank you and please keep people like Johnny on your staff as I will not go to other places to service my Honda because of him. More

After several emails, we went down to this dealership and spent HOURS doing paperwork. My granddaughter was told she would need a co-signer BEFORE they even ran a credit check! As we were leaving, we realized spent HOURS doing paperwork. My granddaughter was told she would need a co-signer BEFORE they even ran a credit check! As we were leaving, we realized the sales person still had our keys. I asked him three times to give them to us and he did not!He just kept on talking and insisting that we come back inside. I was ready to call the police when the sales manager came out and at that point our keys were returned. The manager asked us to come back inside. He ran the credit check and admitted she had "stellar" credit and asked which car we were interested in. Well, we had not even been shown what was available! The manager instructed the sales person to show us the vehicles and we went out to the lot. All of the vehicles were locked and the sales person did not have any of the keys. So, we could not look inside and of course could not test drive any of them. I had questions about the warranty that our salesman could not answer. By then I was VERY unhappy!! I don't know how this dealership sells any cars. There must be someone there that actually knows something about what he is selling! I can only hope so because we certainly did not come away with that impression. My granddaughter was insulted that they assumed that because she is a waitress, that she would not have a good credit score and played the co signer card before they even checked. I was astounded when the salesman would not return her keys!! Then I got mad! Never in all the years of buying cars have I ever been "held hostage" at a dealership and that is exactly what it felt like! UNBELIEVEABLE!! Would not recommend this dealership if they were the only one in the state thay sold Hondas!! More
