Tony Snyder's the Best! I just recently purchased my first new car at Wesley Chapel Honda. The hard-to-find 2015 Honda Fit in yellow had captured my heart, and I knew it had I just recently purchased my first new car at Wesley Chapel Honda. The hard-to-find 2015 Honda Fit in yellow had captured my heart, and I knew it had to be mine! I called numerous dealerships inquiring about it, only to receive the same answer from them all- that the yellow LX was impossible to find and not even available in the state of Florida. I kept hearing, however, that WCH had great reviews, and an even greater salesperson named Tony Snyder. Determined to find me the car of my dreams, Tony sought out to find me the elusive "banana" as I called it. Months passed and I became discouraged. After being informed that orders were frozen and that nobody knew when my car would arrive, I began to think that it wasn't meant to be. Tony never gave up on me, and continued to do everything he could to find me the yellow fit. Finally, after many long days of driving a beat-up old Ford, I received the call that changed my life! I would highly recommend WCH to anybody inquiring about purchasing a Honda, and to go to no salesman other than Tony. He is a caring, personable, and trustworthy guy who genuinely is looking to get you the car you want at the price you need! I am so incredibly thankful that I finally got the car I've always wanted at the price that I can afford! :D More

When I arrived, Tony was busy with another customer but took a moment to greet me like I was an old friend and I was happy to wait a bit while he finished up helping the family he was working with. Tony was able to answer all of my questions and help me decide on the perfect car for me. Tony was cheerful, attentive and very courteous during the whole car buying experience. What I like the most is that working with him is not an all day and half the night process. Once I made up my mind, the paperwork was very smooth and timely. If I was rating my salesman I would have given 5 stars but because of some difficulty in contacting the financing department easily with a question the next day, I dropped my rating down to 4 stars, however, once Brad in financing took over my paperwork everything went great. I thought the negotiation would be drawn out and difficult, it was not! We reached an amiable agreement in less than 30 minutes. I will also add that everyone I met at this dealership was very friendly and professional, from the finance manager to the service department, to include every employee who happened to walk by; what a wonderful place to do business. My whole family has been happily conducting business with Wesley Chapel Honda for number of years time. Originally we got two leased cars and eventually got two financed cars. all the times we dealt with the same sales person - Mr. Kevin Campbell. It's one of those situations, where if one is happy with the offers, service and prices - there is no reason not to come back. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Honda and particularly Mr. Kevin Campbell. He handled all our requests very professionally, each time spent hours and hours from start to finish - from answering any questions we had, setting up test drives and all way to the end of the buying process -- releasing our new vehicles to our possession. I must admit that Mr. Campbell treats his customers with respect, as it should be, and did not ever insulted my integrity, even when my offers were way below MSRP - he worked with us every single time until suitable to both parties payments were found. all 4 times we dealt with Kevin, he was able to create very pleasant environment, making usually a very stressful process of purchasing a car into a pleasant experience.
