Joe was very pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure that I bought the car that most appropriate for my current needs, to include discussions of gas mileage and differences in horsepower, the ownership that I bought the car that most appropriate for my current needs, to include discussions of gas mileage and differences in horsepower, the ownership of my pet snd the increasing need for a four-door with aging, the availability and pros and cons of legal aftermaket stereos versus what was already available in each of the cars driven, and my comfortability in each car driven. Additionally, Joe was recommended to me by Stacy Dahlen, who has been my service manager since I was 15 years old and owned my first Honda, therefore increasing my comfort level prior to the sales process beginning. Joe was extremely easy to negotiate with and I emjoyed my car-buying process (to the highest level that one can, of course). Sincerely, Beth Stock More
I went to Wesley Chapel honda f couple of years ago when they first opened. I went in for an oil change and it took 2 hours. Needless to say I didn't go back until recently. I had heard the dealership wa they first opened. I went in for an oil change and it took 2 hours. Needless to say I didn't go back until recently. I had heard the dealership was under new ownership and I thought I would give them a chance. I had received a gift car in the mail for a oil change and tire rotation so I thought I would give them a chance. I called for an appt. and spoke to a woman named Iris. She was very friendly. I told her about my prior experience and she assured me it would not happen this time. I arrived at the service dept. and was greeting by a woman named Shelley. She was so nice! I told her who I was and why I was there. She took me inside and explained to me what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take. She also told me they would do an inspection on my car for free. So she walked me over to the coffee machine, and then walked me to the waiting area. (It was a nice waiting area). I sat down and began to read the paper. I wasn't even done with my coffee and Shelley was there to get me. She went over the inspection sheet with me and informed me that my brakes were going have to be changed on my next visit. She told me we needed to go to the cashier to pick up the rest of the paperwork. I figured I would have to pay something. No! It was free! What an experience. Shelley was very nice, honest and was very helpful! I will return when my next oil change is due and have my brakes done there. I won't go anywhere else but Wesley Chapel Honda!! Irecommend this dealership to all you Honda owners. They are the BEST!!!! They even washed my car for free! More

He is very knowledgeable and does not pressure you into making any decisions that you don't feel comfortable w Honda. I would not go anywhere else. He is very knowledgeable and does not pressure you into making any decisions that you don't feel comfortable with. Everyone at Honda was very friendly and makes you feel welcome, not just like they want you to buy a car from them. It was a very pleasant experience. More
It was the day before Christmas, and all throughout the lot at Wesley Chapel Honda, not an engine was humming, not even a wrench. There I was, driving into the lot, when out from the building came a man w lot at Wesley Chapel Honda, not an engine was humming, not even a wrench. There I was, driving into the lot, when out from the building came a man with a smiling face and a wink in his eye. His name was Sabb, Joe Sabb. He's no 007 but pretty close. He came recommended by a top salesman at Wesley Chapel Toyota (dealership across the street). You know you're a great salesman when your competitor sends people your way. I was unable to come to agreeable terms on a new vehicle at Wesley Chapel Toyota, so I drove over to Wesley Chapel Honda to buy me a Christmas present for my wife and four kids. My choice of vehicle was sitting there right in the lot, a Crystal Black 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation. It was actually the very last Honda Odyssey on the lot that day, available for sale. Despite the fact that the dealership was closing early for Christmas Eve, Joe displayed top-notch patience and went over the most important highlights of this vehicle, including safety features and rear-seat operational procedures. He also touched on the mechanical performance features of the vehicle. It was evident that he clearly understood the design and purpose of the Honda Odyssey. Needless to say, I walked into the dealership to sign the necessary paperwork. My dream of owning the world's truly best minivan became a reality. My experience with Honda of Wesley Chapel got even better when Joe offered a follow-up in-person discussion to ensure that I was comfortable with using the features of the minivan. I don't think Santa would have been able to carry this vehicle in his sleigh, so he had Joe Sabb deliver on his behalf. A wonderful beginning for Christmas, 2010. More
I do not like to purchase automobiles. I find it a very stressful transaction. If it were like buying a new pair of shoes it would be a much more plesant experience, but I always think I am being taken ad stressful transaction. If it were like buying a new pair of shoes it would be a much more plesant experience, but I always think I am being taken advantage of by the dealer. I found the salesman, Ken Anderson to be someone who made this most recent experience to be less stressful than most. I thank him for his honesty, professionalism and personable attitude. The price of the vehicle, a Dodge Caliber was very good and I was pleased they gave me a $1,000 on my trade-in Honda 2003. Overall, the experience was good. I would have liked more information on financing prior to purchasing, but this was an unexpected purchase and I am not a permanent resident of the area. Thank you, Annie Paulette Terrell More
I am so happy with the Honda Civic I bought with Patrick Jones at Wesley Chapel Honda. My Husband and I went in with our 2007 F-150 Ford Lariat looking for a more economical, family friendly car without loo Jones at Wesley Chapel Honda. My Husband and I went in with our 2007 F-150 Ford Lariat looking for a more economical, family friendly car without loosing the power of a V-8. We drove several models and finally with Patrick's help purchased a 2011 Civic. The entire process was the easiest, quickest and I think the smartest purchase of a vehicle we have ever made. We have been married for over 20yrs so have had quite a bit of car purchases under our belt. As with most of the United States our credit history has suffered a little with the economy and with the lay-off of my Husband about 2yrs ago. Patrick along with everyone at Honda had to work pretty hard to make this deal work within our "new" budget and credit score. We would recommend Wesley Chapel Honda to anyone looking to purchase a new car and have already. My Mom is actually looking at the 2011 CRV and since we have told her the customer service she is going into see Patrick about her new car. Thanks Again, Paul & Julie Tampa, Florida More

This was the smoothest car buying experience that I have ever had. Ray was very helpful from the start. Not pushy, patient, answered all of our questions, not in a hurry. Very friendly and even had a ver ever had. Ray was very helpful from the start. Not pushy, patient, answered all of our questions, not in a hurry. Very friendly and even had a very impressive card trick! Negotiating the price was not difficult either. The manager quickly met me more than half way and the final deal was a win-win for everyone. RJ was very efficient in putting the finishing touches on financing details and the service department did an excellent job adding window tint so that my new car was ready to go the next day. Everyone was very friendly and treated my wife and I with respect. I have been a loyal Honda customer for years in several states and this was the best experience that I have ever had. I definitely plan to return to Wesley Chapel Honda in the future. Thank you all! More
