I had been shopping for a late model or new Honda CRV when I stopped at Wesley Chapel Honda on a trip to Florida. Al Polizzi introduced himself and the rest is history. He found me the perfect brand new CRV with all the features I wanted plus many more, and he kept the price within my expectations. It really was fun working with him and I highly recommend him. I also was impressed and am pleased with the Lifetime Warranty that Wesley Chapel Honda offers. Good selling point. My only complaint with Wesley Chapel is their insistence I use and pay for their licensing service. It took seven weeks for my plate to arrive. I live in Michigan so had the car licensed for Michigan. Seriously, I could have gone to my local DMV, paid the taxes and walked out with a plate in less than 20 minutes. Perhaps you should make the licensing service optional. More
I'm amazed at what Wesley Chapel Honda was able to do today. I was able to trade my 2005 Civic for a nice, clean 2011 Civic (with 100,000 FEWER MILES) for the same monthly payment we've been having on t today. I was able to trade my 2005 Civic for a nice, clean 2011 Civic (with 100,000 FEWER MILES) for the same monthly payment we've been having on the '05! They got us a great financing rate with a local credit union, decent terms, etc. But, the final trade-difference was what blew me away. We've now got a car that is 6 years newer, 100K miles fewer, still under original factory warranty for about a year, a squeaky-clean CARFAX report and one very happy new owner. My son will probably be in the market for another car before too long and WCH is the first place we'll shop. If today's results are any indication of the care and attention we'll receive, WCH may well be the ONLY place we'll shop. Kudos to our sales professional James, Finance guys Dimitrios and RJ and all the staff at Wesley Chapel Honda. More
I have 2 cars, which have been serviced, but not bought at this dealer. I use to go to honda land but had service issues which made me switch. Honestly, I wish I did this earlier. I called wesley chapel honda and mike who has taken care of my cars. He told me to bring it in asap and they will look at it. My son was going to HCC for a class and came in after it around 1130am..within 30 minutes they looked it over and came up with a minor adjustment...no charge..mind you, this is a used car bought at honda land, not there...i was impressed with how they helped my son and did not need to make a few bucks and helping out a teen with his first car..i am willing to bet that would be a 100 buck charge at the other place.. I can tell you that I will do what I can to continue to have our cars serviced there and hopefully buy my next one from this place... thanks so much, wesley chapel honda and mike. More
Mike Spitzig is an amazing service manager. I have been using the Service Dept for over 2 years. Today, I drove over 40 minutes for service on my Honda Odyssey and as always it was excellent. Mike is ext using the Service Dept for over 2 years. Today, I drove over 40 minutes for service on my Honda Odyssey and as always it was excellent. Mike is extremely professional, prompt and pays attention to every detail when I describe any problems or issues with my Odyssey. He is attentive to the fact that I come for service with my Special Needs son and if the service will require additional time, he finds out up front and sets my expectations. My husband, who rarely ever has good comments following a service visit, has repeatedly said that "Mike is a Keeper!" There is a Honda dealership 5 minutes away from my home, but for as long as Mike is affiliated with Wesley Chapel Honda, I will never find out if the closer dealership is any good! More

my civic had the problem re the way the rear back tires were not supported properly causing multiple new tires and alignments. it was they said the back tires were out of alignment times 5. but there was a were not supported properly causing multiple new tires and alignments. it was they said the back tires were out of alignment times 5. but there was a notice and there was a fix. caused by flaw in the structual design on some civics.there was a dealership bulletin but not a recall. i had to demand this be fixed. service manager was not coopertive. i said i'm not leaving until you fix it. the bulletin was only to alert dealerships. i got the info/notice online at an auto forum.i got the fix with resistance. Kevin is a dream come true! This is the first time we have had a smooth tranaction over 41 years of car purchases! We recommend Kevin Campbell to every person in need / want of a new or used car. We cannot say enough good things about Kevin. It is Unbelieveable that we toured the facility, met the staff and they actually were glad to meet us! It is extremely apparent that customer satisfaction is primary and foremost to him. We plan to see Kevin in 3 years for our next new car. Something we have never ever done is: send a sales person a thank you note for all the little things done for us... he went way, way, way beyond and above the call of duty.
