We shopped at and called several dealers in the area before making our decision to buy from Wesley Chapel Honda. This was the first dealership that actually listened to what we wanted to buy instead of before making our decision to buy from Wesley Chapel Honda. The overall process was "no pressure" and therefore no stress (unlike everywhere else.) They also offer a lifetime power train warranty on their new vehicles. Shelley makes going to in for service worth the trip. She knows the mechanics of my car and when asked a question comes back with the answer in the blink of of an eye. I have only delt with the mechanics a few times but they spent the time to explain the problem with my car. Most dealerships short change the customers on the amount of oil that is installed on an oil change and that is the reason I have left two Honda dealerships but at Wesley Chapel Honda oil is filled to the top line.I want what I am paying for! I leave the dealership feeling that I got my money worth and confident that the job was done right. I have not yet delt with the sales team but if they are as good as the service staff at Wesley Chapel Honda I will be happy. More

I recently traded my leased 2009 Honda Odyssey for a leased 2012 Odyssey and Daisy, Jose, and Matt could not have made the process any easier. As the single working mom of a 4 year old, finding the tim leased 2012 Odyssey and Daisy, Jose, and Matt could not have made the process any easier. As the single working mom of a 4 year old, finding the time to shop for a new car is nearly impossible. I didn't have the time to spend hours at a dealership. Instead I did 3 short visits...the first to check out the new 2012 model, the second to have my car inspected, the third to sign the papers and take delivery. Three short visits with a 4 year old was SOOO much easier than previous experiences! After corresponding via text, phone and email between visits, Daisy had all the paperwork ready to go and even colored with my daughter while I signed the papers. They helped me transfer everything from the 2009 to the 2012 and Daisy showed me how to work all the new features. I have also done all of my service there (on the 2009) and could not be happier with my experiences. Kudos to Wesley Chapel Honda for being sensitive to and accommodating the needs of a single working mom!!! Highly recommend!!! More

I just brought my 2004 Honda Civic in for major maintenance. After 7 years of never breaking down and used to teach both of my children how to drive, it was in need of regular wear and tear servic maintenance. After 7 years of never breaking down and used to teach both of my children how to drive, it was in need of regular wear and tear service, including 4 new tires. Mike Spitzig took care of me and when I drove my repaired car off the premises it drove and felt just like it did when it was brand new! I felt like a kid with a new car again. What great service! Even the price of the tires was competitive with the local national tire service center, but I only had to make one stop (WCH) to get everything fixed. I will always bring my 3 hondas in to get fixed until I get a new one again. Which will be from Wesley Chapel Honda. More
They can't fix a simple headlight safety issue. Run away. You will be out 30K and no supporty. Sales- they have your money and no support. Drive tha Odyssey 2012 at night, espically down hill.
