If you ever go here and get Joe you'll meet an upstanding young man that will impress the heck of you. He's meticulous and accurate. What should have been a 30 minute, $30 fix turned into a mes Edit 1-23-15 Issue was addressed and resolved by the new Service Manager. Review has been changed to reflect the resolution process. 7-30-14, flat tire, 2013 Honda Accord. What should have been a 30 minute, $30 fix turned into a 3 day mess. The "mechanic" apparently destroyed the steel belts in the tire removing a object from the tire. This is according to the manager, since I did not get to inspect the damaged tire. Apparently it was a screw and removing it resulted in a destroyed tire. As a former mechanic, I cannot see any way a competent mechanic could damage the tire belts by carefully removing a screw. At worst case, you should unscrew it from the inside after you remove the tire. It is my opinion, that the mechanic tried to pull out the screw and instead pulled out the steel cords. Next, the manager could not find the correct tire, and offered to overcharge me on a special order. When I found the same tire at BJ's, he relented and offered a lower price. I spent the next few days driving on a temporary spare. To add insult to injury, the mechanic left scuff marks on the wheel after installing the tire. No compensation or considerations offered by the management. They have been given adequate time to respond, therefore I am leaving negative reviews. I would not trust this dealership with anything other than a simple oil change (maybe) More

Wonderful Experience Working with Kevin Campbell! My husband and I decided to trade in our Honda Odyssey for the new 2015 CRV. Last night on our way home from an engagement we decided to stop by Wesle My husband and I decided to trade in our Honda Odyssey for the new 2015 CRV. Last night on our way home from an engagement we decided to stop by Wesley Chapel Honda where we bought our van, just to check the 2015 out, but there were none available on the lot so we test drove a brand new 2014 CRV and we loved it! And, it was the EXACT color that we wanted! Our plan was to go to other dealerships and shop for the best deal...but that changed! Kevin is one of the best car salesmen that we have ever had the pleasure to work with because he does not fit the stereotype of a pushy salesman! He knows his product very well, and he worked every option possible to find the best deal that would work for our situation! Trust me when I say he worked hard! We had no intention of going home with a new car last night, but guess what, we did! Kevin was terrific! If you are shopping for a new OR used Honda, take the time to go see him, you will be glad that you did...he knows what he is doing! We are very happy with our decision and will definitely tely be going back to Kevin when we trade our car in in a few years!!! More
