I first found the Rav4 I really wanted online, and went through the process of negotiating to purchase it sight unseen with the internet salesman Vaddik. Very unfortunately, the car had been sold at aucti through the process of negotiating to purchase it sight unseen with the internet salesman Vaddik. Very unfortunately, the car had been sold at auction the night before unbeknownst to Vaddik - or me. It was very very frustrating. After talking to a few managers - they were able to get the Rav4 back (and I'm sure went to great lengths to do so)!! So, these guys really did the right thing after our unfortunate beginning. Since then, the service has been professional, easy, and we cannot wait to pick up our car on Saturday!! I would really recommend Wesley Chapel to anyone buying a car, from anywhere in the US. More
