Kevin is an honest and trustworthy person who worked diligently to get me the best deal! He made the leasing experience pleasant without the high pressure sale pitches! I have been to other dealerships where the salesmen only gave me a headache and a desire to get get a horse and buggy! Thanks to Kevin the horses are under the hood and I will be driving a Honda again! During the lease processing, the dealership manager, Louis, introduced himself and asked if I had any questions or concerns! It was great to see a manager meeting his customers and being user-friendly! The dealership financial representative, Sean Veilleux, was also amazing! He throughly explained the contract and the benefits of leasing a Honda! Every contract part was explained and broken down in easy to understand terms. Sean took the time to answer my questions which included the end of lease purchase option, life-time warrantees, road assistance, mileage, and so much more. Although I did not visit the Service department today, I have had positive experiences when I brought my Honda in for routine maintenance! The service department pays attention to details to maintain vehicle performance! Great staff and mechanics! Honest too! I highly recommend the Wesley Chapel Honda dealership team!
