Terrible customer service after car was purchased. Items promised during purchase have STILL NOT been delivered and repeated phone calls to the manager and managing partner have not been returned. Mileage promised during purchase have STILL NOT been delivered and repeated phone calls to the manager and managing partner have not been returned. Mileage on the vehicle was falsified and not actual mileage at time of delivery. We called to have it corrected and have been told repeatedly that it was "in the mail", six months and we are still waiting. The car purchased was used with a limited warranty and we have had issues from the very beginning. Within two weeks of purchase the car had to be towed and was repaired but now a couple months later we are back in the same situation with car troubles. Tyler Hill had assured us that the car have been completely checked for any issues and was in excellent shape. We were sold a car that within 6 months is not any good. We now have an $18000 hunk of metal. Thank you Wesley Chapel Honda you have "MADE" our day. More

Absolute worst car buying experience in 35 years. Allister stated you are approved thru GTE Credit Union and based upon that information paid WC Honda 2000 deposit. Two weeks later, Allister called Allister stated you are approved thru GTE Credit Union and based upon that information paid WC Honda 2000 deposit. Two weeks later, Allister called said I would have to enter into a straw purchase arrangement thru their new lender, Partners Credit Union. Upon contacting Partners, they told me straw purchases were a violation of the terms of the agreement. GTE Credit said the loan was never approved, ever. Refusing the fraudulent inducement imposed upon me by Wesley Chapel Honda, Allister came to my work, took the car and said he would be keeping the 2000 deposit. They tried to sell me a "demo" model with 3,500 miles on it for $2,000 more than the MSRP of a brand new model with 0 miles on it. The manager brought the model in to be washed specifically so we miles on it for $2,000 more than the MSRP of a brand new model with 0 miles on it. The manager brought the model in to be washed specifically so we could see it, as it was the only model with the specific color combination my wife desired. As it was being washed, we test drove the same model in a different color. When we returned to the dealership, it was being looked at by another couple. Our salesman noted that this was not supposed to be happening. When he made me his first offer, it was over $2,000 more than the MSRP of a brand new model with 0 miles on it and he was over 25% lower than what Kelly Blue Book noted as an average trade in value for my 2010 VW Passat. When I told him that this was borderline laughable, he came back with something slightly better, but clearly still not representative of a price where an actual sale and trade-in would take place. I asked for my keys and left after they told me that we wouldn’t be able to make a deal. I drove half an hour north to Brandon Honda and bought the same exact car for a net reduction of $12,000 from Wesley Chapel’s original offer. Absolutely laughable and would never return to Wesley Chapel Honda. I can’t confirm, but I assume that the other couple viewing the “demo” model was suckered into paying an exorbitant price on the used car. I’m sorry, a car with 3,500 miles on it is used and the price should reflect that. More
