The service department also was wonderful, as a woman, service of my vehicle is important to me. Kevin and the business manager came to agreement, I feel Kevin made me apart of it all. The other dealerships didn't take the time with me that Kevin did. All the others didn't make me feel apart of the process, I was only asked what color I liked. Im a first time buyer, my stepdad and I called in advance for a Honda Si we saw on the webpage and decided, why not set up an appointment, so just lik Im a first time buyer, my stepdad and I called in advance for a Honda Si we saw on the webpage and decided, why not set up an appointment, so just like any other person that goes to dealerships, we went, we spoke to who we call in the first place, Chris Zimmerman, who not only was respectful and concrete on the phone, but showed an outstanding and remarkable enthusiasm on person, we went over the details, my trade in value for the other car i had, there is quite a lot of people who can read you numbers and facts from spreadsheets based on cars ownerships and repairs, but Chris not only did that, he also managed to do it in such a way that i truly felt welcome, not only we spoke about the car and prices, we also chatted as we were friends and/or people just knowing each other, that is a true hospitality experience, and i can say that because i work in that industry, his welcomeness and perspective of things was on point, such as i decided to go ahead and do the paperwork the same day, which i originally planned to do it for christmas, fairly enough i did it 20 days before my actual expected date of purchase, i highly recommend Chris Zimmerman, not only to go to him to discuss cars review or prices, but for which he made it seem so easy to do, even if anyone decides personally not to buy a car for any reason that it may be, if you do talk to him, you will most likely try to reach back at him if you change your mind. Last but not least, Travis Campbell as well who was very optimistic and patient to wait on all the paperwork that had to be done in order for me to walk out with my Honda Civic Si which as of this moment i love, those are 2 great individuals working there and i hope that i keep seeing them around as i recommend them to other people and hopefully i see them grow within that industry. Kevin Campbell was our salesman and was responsive, comical and professional from start to finish. We were given a loaner vehicle for the time of repairs at no cost. The car still had a few additional issues that I was unaware of prior to purchase but with the help of general sales manager Tyler Hill everything was eventually and satisfactorily corrected.
