I WAS SCAMMED Wendle motors in Spokane advertised a Toyota Tacoma 2011 4x4 4door truck for sale. I have been looking for a specific truck for a long time. I was wil Wendle motors in Spokane advertised a Toyota Tacoma 2011 4x4 4door truck for sale. I have been looking for a specific truck for a long time. I was willing to drive down from Tacoma WA to get it. My application was approved and I was told on July 20th they put a Sold sign on it and it was mine when I get there on July 21. They knew I was taking the day off work unpaid to come look at it. On July 21 I got a call at noon (when I was on my way) that they had just sold it. A couple days later I saw it posted for sale on July 23rd. I called about it and they told me it was for sale. As soon as I told them who I was they changed their story and said it had been sent to auction on July 20th. They are advertising trucks they don't have to get people to come to their lot. As far as I'm concerned they owe me a days worth of pay and the gas I spent driving. I spoke with Jim and Don Morris. More

My buddy's were buying new rigs and my uncle just got a 2016 f150 so odd man out I started kicking the idea around. I saw a 2013 Silverado on the website and sent a a email asking if it was avalible Alex sent me 2 emails. I didn't see the 1st one but after work at 730pm I saw the 2nd. I drove down to take a look Alex was very friendly and took me on the lot to show me the truck. Immediately sitting in it I wanted it but was very hesitant not knowing if I could get financed. Alex is a great salesman it could sense my hesitation and talk it through with me I decided let's get it started I was approved and drove off the lot with a new truck "to me". Alex is a great guy and very knowledgeable if I were to buy a new truck tommarow I would ask for him and him only thanks again best experience I've ever had at a dealer. More

Faheem asked really great questions and was patient and super helpful! He was able to find us a great car that we both love. We also met with Nick Hames he was very friendly! After that we were sent to Kevin Parker for Financing. He was very personable and knowledgeable and made our experience a really good one! This is now my 3rd car with Wendle and I can say that even though I live in the Valley I will always come back to Wendle Motors on North Divsion! Thank you for a wonderful experience. More

Charged for unfixed items!! I have had my truck in to wendle ford several times, prior to my last visited my only complaint would be the length of time they had my truck. 4 weeks I have had my truck in to wendle ford several times, prior to my last visited my only complaint would be the length of time they had my truck. 4 weeks to replace the engine and 3 weeks to replace the rear end. But they fixed it and all was good. My most recent visit was for several issues with my truck and with my warranty expiring I wanted them fixed. I have a $100 deductible for each shop visit, plus what isn't covered. When I picked my truck up from the last time in I had a $377 bill for my deductible and diagnosis fees on items that weren't covered!!! Why not check with a warranty company to see if something is covered prior to "diagnosing" the problem and charging hundreds of dollars. But the best part is repairs I was charged for weren't fixed. Won't be back to SWENDLE. Wait it gets better when the service rep asked the manager if he had time to talk with me about my problems he said no, know that's customer service!!!!! More
