Faheem greeted us right away when we pulled up to look at cars. I had no idea what car I was looking for or where I wanted to start. Faheem asked really great questions and was patient and super helpful! He was able to find us a great car that we both love. We also met with Nick Hames he was very friendly! After that we were sent to Kevin Parker for Financing. He was very personable and knowledgeable and made our experience a really good one! This is now my 3rd car with Wendle and I can say that even though I live in the Valley I will always come back to Wendle Motors on North Divsion! Thank you for a wonderful experience. More

Charged for unfixed items!! I have had my truck in to wendle ford several times, prior to my last visited my only complaint would be the length of time they had my truck. 4 weeks I have had my truck in to wendle ford several times, prior to my last visited my only complaint would be the length of time they had my truck. 4 weeks to replace the engine and 3 weeks to replace the rear end. But they fixed it and all was good. My most recent visit was for several issues with my truck and with my warranty expiring I wanted them fixed. I have a $100 deductible for each shop visit, plus what isn't covered. When I picked my truck up from the last time in I had a $377 bill for my deductible and diagnosis fees on items that weren't covered!!! Why not check with a warranty company to see if something is covered prior to "diagnosing" the problem and charging hundreds of dollars. But the best part is repairs I was charged for weren't fixed. Won't be back to SWENDLE. Wait it gets better when the service rep asked the manager if he had time to talk with me about my problems he said no, know that's customer service!!!!! More

Excellent Dealership with professional employees. We just purchased a new F150 at Wendle Ford. After sending an email request for information we received an immediate after hours response from Cece H We just purchased a new F150 at Wendle Ford. After sending an email request for information we received an immediate after hours response from Cece Hite. We met with Cece the next day and went on a test drive. She amazed us with her depth of knowledge on Ford trucks and went over every detail and feature. Cece arranged to have our trade-in appraised and we had a fair offer from Wendle for our car, as well as prices to consider on three different new trucks. We took all of the information home and reviewed the options and slept on it--all with zero pressure from Cece or anyone else at Wendle. We came in the following day after nailing down the price and settled on a gorgeous F150 Lariat. Kevin Parker arranged a fantastic rate on financing and other details. We had a minor maintenance issue and dealt with Shawn Silver in the service department. Shawn and crew solved the issue quickly and they were very pleasant and professional. I like the fact that Wendle is family owned and the staff has longevity and a tremendous amount of product knowledge.
