Bought our Ford F350 and Explorer from Wendle Ford. Took my Explorer in today for some recall work… I was presently surprised with the good text communication. I was able to text Ray directly and he Took my Explorer in today for some recall work… I was presently surprised with the good text communication. I was able to text Ray directly and he responded timely to my questions. In the end the work was going to take longer to fix and that it would not be done until the end of day. They then offered to bring my car to me with their valet service!! They finished the repairs by end of day, as promised, and brought my car to me at my home with 30 minutes of receiving the text stating the repairs were complete. .
