I hope someone from corporate reads this as we did have one complaint, the process of getting our military rebate was extremely difficult and made things a little frustrating for us. Surely ford can come up with a better, easier, faster way to verify military status!! We spent the whole afternoon trying to get the website to recognize that my husband was a retired captain in the naval reserves and in our opinion took way too long and made us very frustrated. More

I received a notice from Ford motor company that this model has a defect and I should contact a dealer and get it fixed. I contacted Wendle Ford in Spokane ( we just moved up from Las Vegas and didn't buy the car here) they scheduled us in and it was fixed. Good service and politr folks working there...And there was no charge !!!!I only wish they had some doughnuts. More

I was wil Wendle motors in Spokane advertised a Toyota Tacoma 2011 4x4 4door truck for sale. I have been looking for a specific truck for a long time. I was willing to drive down from Tacoma WA to get it. My application was approved and I was told on July 20th they put a Sold sign on it and it was mine when I get there on July 21. They knew I was taking the day off work unpaid to come look at it. On July 21 I got a call at noon (when I was on my way) that they had just sold it. A couple days later I saw it posted for sale on July 23rd. I called about it and they told me it was for sale. As soon as I told them who I was they changed their story and said it had been sent to auction on July 20th. They are advertising trucks they don't have to get people to come to their lot. As far as I'm concerned they owe me a days worth of pay and the gas I spent driving. I spoke with Jim and Don Morris. More

My buddy's were buying new rigs and my uncle just got a 2016 f150 so odd man out I started kicking the idea around. I saw a 2013 Silverado on the website and sent a a email asking if it was avalible Alex sent me 2 emails. I didn't see the 1st one but after work at 730pm I saw the 2nd. I drove down to take a look Alex was very friendly and took me on the lot to show me the truck. Immediately sitting in it I wanted it but was very hesitant not knowing if I could get financed. Alex is a great salesman it could sense my hesitation and talk it through with me I decided let's get it started I was approved and drove off the lot with a new truck "to me". Alex is a great guy and very knowledgeable if I were to buy a new truck tommarow I would ask for him and him only thanks again best experience I've ever had at a dealer. More
