A breath of fresh air and a wonderful purchase experience I have been in and around car dealerships all my life. My dad was in the business for almost 50 years. My salesman Duane was very thorough taking pictures and doing a walk around of the car I was interested in. He did not pressure me or hound me. After the sale when I got back home I had a question that my lane assist was not working correctly, he advised me what to check to correct what I thought was a problem. The next day he followed up with me to make sure that solved the problem.....that is customer service. I have seen so many salesmen just looking for their next deal so his attention after the sale speaks volumes. Kevin who was my finance F&I professional was the exact same way. When I left his office I felt like I also made a friend, no pressure sales hype, these guys have it right. I will also rate this dealership with five stars as these two individuals represent Wendle Motors. If you want a perfect buying experience these are your guys and I have them in my contact list for the next purchase I make. More

After an agreed to price, during the final stages of the sales procedure, another rebate was discovered and passed on saving me more money. More

They were recommended by my parents who have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership also. Our sales associate was a joy to work with. No pressure. Helped us get exactly what we wanted. Went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for. Accounting department went very smooth and quick!! I would highly recommend this dealership and the people we have personally worked with! I hope someone from corporate reads this as we did have one complaint, the process of getting our military rebate was extremely difficult and made things a little frustrating for us. Surely ford can come up with a better, easier, faster way to verify military status!! We spent the whole afternoon trying to get the website to recognize that my husband was a retired captain in the naval reserves and in our opinion took way too long and made us very frustrated. More

I received a notice from Ford motor company that this model has a defect and I should contact a dealer and get it fixed. I contacted Wendle Ford in Spokane ( we just moved up from Las Vegas and didn't buy the car here) they scheduled us in and it was fixed. Good service and politr folks working there...And there was no charge !!!!I only wish they had some doughnuts. More
