Would not support help with a Lemon SUV- Buyers Beware! My wife and I had an unfortunate transaction with Wendle Ford where we were met with deception and arrogance. The deception started after the sale as we met with a finance representative. While meeting with the financial manager he stated that we had to signup for an extended warrantee that day. He only presented us with the top three most expensive options then said it wouldn’t be offered again. We asked him repeatedly if we had to make the decision that day and he continued to say we did. After researching extended warranties from home that evening we found this not to be true. The next morning we cancelled the warrantee with the head financial manager who supported his manager and his actions. This is a systemic problem of upper managements approval of deceptive sales practices. The problems didn’t stop there. We discovered a vibration caused by a defective rear axle/rear end. After several attempts of Wendle Service to fix the vibration (wheel balancing) and assurance from both service managers and an owner that the problem was fixed, the vibration persisted. We were left to figure out the problem ourselves because Wendle Service gave up. We had to take the car to a reputable Ford/Lincoln Dealer to aid in the process which ended in fulfilling the Lemon Law requirements. Please remember that advertisements are just advertisements. Ben Azar showed us a few different trucks that would fit our needs to choose from. My daughter and I chose two trucks. Ben took us on a demo ride in one of our choices. We returned a few days later with my husband who is the main driver of the truck, for him to test drive the truck we had chosen. Ben was very informative about the truck, from the design of the truck, type of engine, sound system, braking systems, towing capabilities, and benefits of each. Ben worked hard with the finance department to make sure we had financing we were comfortable with. He introduced us to Kevin Parker from the finance department who took the time to go through all of the paper work with us.. He made sure we knew what each protection item was and how long it would be in place. He also made sure we knew what our costs all were and got the loan from STCU for us. Gave us all the info for regestering the truck in Idaho. He took care of informing the service department of the extra items we added. Thank you so much for a wonderful and pleasant experiance We will recomend Ben whenever we have friends looking for a new vehicle. More

We were just starting out our business and we’re limited on funds and finance. Kevin in finance went out of his way to secure a loan. Our business has since grown and we’ve got over 200,000 miles on our original. We purchased the new transit connect from Kyle C (K2 as he’s affectionately known) and received the exact same service we did six years ago. Not another Ford or Nissan dealer I would even consider going to within 300 miles. Kyle handled the sale of our new Ford with grace, professionalism and in a timely manner. Kevin was at lunch when we showed up so we had the privilege to have Ron handle our finance this time around. Received the same service, care and regard to our time (or limit there of 😂) we have as business owners! Thanks Team Wendle!!! You are top notch! More

The day we visited the dealership we were looking for a F250 but nothing on the lot at the time fit our needs. Sandi Morden made a list of everything we wanted and the next morning she blew us away with what she had found. By it being a certified preowned the price was incredible, and she walked us through the whole process and even called later to make sure we were happy. Kevin Parker helped us with the financing, no preassure and he explained everything perfectly. I would definitly recommend this dealership and team. More

I've been a GM owner for decades, and this first Ford purchase has me wondering why I had stuck with the competition for so long. The vehicle is amazing! And Wendle really rolled out the red carpet for us. The Service and Parts department guys are eager and willing to help us out if we ever need anything. Even sitting in the finance offices, we were not subjected to crazy pressure upsells. All was fair and exactly as expected/agreed during the deal. Thank you to the Wendle Team! Crank case ventilation seperator repair/ recall Brought my f250 king cab in for a ccv oil seperator assembly when light came on. The appt. was delayed on a backed up schedule. Had 122000 when I got there. Sat for 30 minutes. I get called up and told they cant honor the customer satisfaction recall due to it was over the 120000 mile warranty. Now i have to rate the customer relationship center out of Dearborn, michigan for todays phone call. More

Grinding noise in gears Took my vehicle in for grinding noise, 30 mins later they called and set they cant duplicate the noise but they want to do $1700 in fluid changes. Called another shop and they quoted me $800 for the same things to be done. Got in to pick up my pickup and they charged me $224 for the 30 mins they had it. Asked what is the main difference and we got the run around of "I dont know what they use". All out for a dollar and not for you! Go somewhere else! More
