I've been a GM owner for decades, and this first Ford purchase has me wondering why I had stuck with the competition for so long. The vehicle is amazing! And Wendle really rolled out the red carpet for us. The Service and Parts department guys are eager and willing to help us out if we ever need anything. Even sitting in the finance offices, we were not subjected to crazy pressure upsells. All was fair and exactly as expected/agreed during the deal. Thank you to the Wendle Team! I highly recommend them! More
Crank case ventilation seperator repair/ recall Brought my f250 king cab in for a ccv oil seperator assembly when light came on. The appt. was delayed on a backed up schedule. Had 122000 when I got there. Sat for 30 minutes. I get called up and told they cant honor the customer satisfaction recall due to it was over the 120000 mile warranty. Now i have to rate the customer relationship center out of Dearborn, michigan for todays phone call. More

Grinding noise in gears Took my vehicle in for grinding noise, 30 mins later they called and set they cant duplicate the noise but they want to do $1700 in fluid changes. Called another shop and they quoted me $800 for the same things to be done. Got in to pick up my pickup and they charged me $224 for the 30 mins they had it. Asked what is the main difference and we got the run around of "I dont know what they use". All out for a dollar and not for you! Go somewhere else! More

Trouble with Service Dept. I just want to give a review on my service experience at Wendle Ford on Thursday, January 24, 2019. My ABS light had come on but went off. So I took i I just want to give a review on my service experience at Wendle Ford on Thursday, January 24, 2019. My ABS light had come on but went off. So I took it into Ford to have it looked at. They took my car back and I went to the waiting area. Sitting there this kid comes in and sits in the chair next to me and starts talking. Not at me, nor did he address me by name or look at me. He just proceeded to talk at the paper he was holding. Finally realize he was referring to me and my car, I asked him to hold on and let me call my husband so he could explain to him the issue. This kid mumbles and is not at all customer friendly. Anyway, it was going to cost me $$$ to fix. I was taken back by Tony in servicing to the service area and shown where it was on my car the part that was broken. That made me understand and he was very pleasant and friendly. And I was told told by Tony they would take my car down from the lift and I could go home and decide with my husband. When the mechanic brought my car around he left it running. I backed out and proceeded to leave but got maybe 50 feet as the car was totally shaking and the brakes were not working like they should. So I immediately went inside to tell them I couldn’t in no way drive my car home. I called my husband since I would need a ride home anyway and he came down and was upset as well. Long story short, after a little yelling on my part to get something done, the manager Ken said he would make sure the car was fixed and would deal with me as I did not want to deal with that kid named Tommy. The next day when Ken called to tell me my car was ready, I asked him about the extended warranty. He said he would call the company and sure enough it was covered 100%. Ken even asked about the brake pads being covered but they said no. Anyways, my car was fixed, however my experience that day with “Tommy” left me unhappy. I have always had a great experience with their service department but it only takes 1 time to make it go bad. I am basing my rating on the service I received from Tommy. More

He was out of town on President’s Day when we decided to make the transaction so he set us up with Sandi Morden to complete our transaction decision. Sandi was exceptional in how she dealt with us. Kevin Parker was a top notch financial guy who helped us in the final deal paperwork. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall! More
