I appreciate that the dealership really works together to get everyone taken care of, and it's professional but friendly. Kevin Parker is a fantastic business manager and it's like talking to a friend, not get everyone taken care of, and it's professional but friendly. Kevin Parker is a fantastic business manager and it's like talking to a friend, not a sales representative. Ken Leavitt is professional and friendly and gets the job done, very nice to work with. No matter what you are there to potentially buy, everyone is happy to help you. Cece Hite is helpful and friendly, and even calls a few days after the car is bought to make sure everything is a-ok. Thank you again! More
I had a fantastic experience starting with the moment I exited my old vehicle and ending when I drove away in my 'new' old car. Sandi was a fantastic person to work with, was very honest, down to earth and easy to spend the day with. Kevin was very professional although with a great sense of humor and was also very up front and honest with the transaction. This is definately an experience I would recommend to others looking for a new or used car. Robin More
Dear Wendle Ford: We want to thank Wendle's Sales Team Dear Wendle Ford: We want to thank Wendle's Sales Team for working with us for a purchase of a 2013 Ford Taurus SHO and a 2004 Mercedes Benz SLK320 Dear Wendle Ford: We want to thank Wendle's Sales Team for working with us for a purchase of a 2013 Ford Taurus SHO and a 2004 Mercedes Benz SLK320. Sandi Morden was our Sales Representative and helped us with the purchase of both vehicles. The reason for this letter of thanks is to make sure that the Owners and the management teams knows how we were treated. Sandi went over and beyond helping us with our purchase's. Sandi communicated with us via cell phone to work out details of our new car. Every issue we needed help with she was able to help us. Before leaving the dealership Sandi spent time going over the car in detail and the things we forgot she answered via cell phone. Even not at work, Sandi was helping us. This means a lot to us because she made it possible to enjoy our new car and not get overwhelmed. On our second purchase Sandi and Bill assisted us with the purchase of our Mercedes. This purchase was very enjoyable because their was no pressure and no back and forth on the price. We paid more than premium for this one because it was a more than premium car. We feel the purchase of both our vehicles were the best purchase's we have made in the last 12 years. We buy a vehicle every year around this time. We will contact Sandi a few weeks before our buying time and tell her what we are looking for. I feel confident that we will be purchasing our vehicle's from Wendle from now on. We live north of Spokane so the convenience of your dealership is great for us. Best Regards, Jacob's Family 509-233-8125 More
My wife and I and left Colorado April 30 in our Ford 350 with a truckbed camper heading for Alaska with another couple and their RV. We bought the truck used in 2008. It always had a slight shutter when we with a truckbed camper heading for Alaska with another couple and their RV. We bought the truck used in 2008. It always had a slight shutter when we would start from a dead stop. This shutter seemed to get worse the farther we went. I thought we had a transmission problem so on 5/2 I called the Ford dealer in Missoula and was told they could not see us until Monday the 5/7. We had a boat to catch in Prince Rupurt so we thought that would be cutting it close. We drove to Salamon Id and the shudder was getting worse up to 20mph. I got on phone and searched for dealers in Spokane and Wendall was the first to come up. Just adternoon I called and got Matt Bowman on the line. I asked if we could bring the truck in the next day which was Friday. He said he would check on available parts and call me back which he did promptly. Matt said he could take us firt thing in the morning and he had a transmission in stock. We showed up early and the truck went into the shop. It turns out the problem was our drive shaft and U joint. Matt called around and found a shop that would rebuild the shaft but it would all day to do it. The shaft was removed and it was immediately taken to the shop. The shaft was picked up late in the day. Matt and the mechanic stayed over to finish the job and we were on the road at a little after 6. I am 75 years old and have been to many dealers over the years. What Matt and the shop did for us speaks volumes about your orginization. Dick Coppock More

I was told by the finance person that he could check my interest rate at my credit union on-line, which he did while I was sitting with him. My interest rate at my credit union he said was 6% and that he interest rate at my credit union on-line, which he did while I was sitting with him. My interest rate at my credit union he said was 6% and that he could get me a better deal. He did get me aprx 4% and I signed papers for that at a different lender. I later checked with my credit union and my interest rate was 2.07%. I have been told by several finance people that my credit rating was very high. I have seen my 6 page credit report with 1 late payment in many years (I think 7 years). The finance person at Wendel told my my credit rating was 690 or something close to that. Later my credit union showed me my credit score of 772. I understand that different credit rating services (there are only 3) will have differnt scores for any one person...but a 100 point difference??? My beef is not with the finance office alone but I will not go into the rest so I do not overwhelm you with my issues. I thought I was prepared, cautious. I should have checked my credit union for my interest rate before going in. I blame myself 50% for not being fully prepared. I would recommend this dealership -- they are like any other and it is up to the buyer to be well armed before going in. More

I planned on coming to Wendle for my next truck. I had dealt with Keith before and he was very genuine. This time I went to Dishman Dodge to look at the Ram 1500's. My intention was if they treated me wel dealt with Keith before and he was very genuine. This time I went to Dishman Dodge to look at the Ram 1500's. My intention was if they treated me well I would give them a chance and most likely my business. But when I walked in they didn't attempt to figure my trade in value. So I knew nothing of the numbers to run. The sales rep then got the next guy involved and they basically had me in a corner. My back was actually in a corner. Talking about feeling uncomfortable. Then they he looked me straight in the face and asked if "I would make a deal." First thought was "What freaken door do I look behind?" Since they didn't appraise my vehicle, how can they run the bottom line. I would never sign for credit report until I had the bottom line. So we were at a stand still. They even made the excuse the used car appraiser was busy. 1.5 hours! "I got the xxxx out of Dodge." I had pretty much had it with truck shopping at that time. But, on my way home I decided to compare Wendle to just how I was treated. I had contacted them the day before and asked for Keith. I received a call back the next morning and that shows me timeliness. So let's see what kind of corner I could get in. When I walked in the door I asked for Keith. He showed up and the first thing he asked for was my keys for an appraisal. Interesting concept. Then as we went and looked around at the F150's my vehicle was appraised. Test drove a nice truck, parked it. Got the numbers then went to go sit and see what happens. First thing I noticed was Keith's back was in the corner, NOT MINE. I had wide open space and fresh coffee in hand. Oh did I mention their (Dodge) coffee tasted like poop. Keith came back and had all numbers listed. Less than an hour. Sat and BS'd for a while. Then Don comes in and gives the bank rates that were approved. Then we wait for my beautiful wife to come sign the papers with me. I always appreciate good quality costumer service. It's like a good waitress that you always tip well. I never felt rushed or felt like I was on "Let's make a deal." Wendle treated me extremely well. Friendly, professional and non-hreatening. I felt I could have walked out anytime without feeling bad. Were the other dealer needs to go back to school. Especially their finance person. More
