We had an excellent experience at Wendle Ford and I would give 90% of the credit for that experience to our sales associate Isaac O'Bannan! We decided to get a trade in quote and were pleasantly surprised by the fair offer we received! Once again we were very impressed with Isaac's excellent customer service, patience, professionalism, and friendliness. We did end up purchasing a 2014 Ford Fusion and we love it. I was currently driving a 2006 Chevy Aveo. For a family of five, the car was too small. My wife was enjoying a nice big car which was great but I wanted to enjoy one for myself. I initially sent an inquiry through email for a Nissan Altima. Tim Killroy promptly replied to my email and offered great suggestions to me. We scheduled a time for me to come in and visit and to have my Aveo appraised. I didn't have much faith as I had recently visited another dealership and all that my Aveo was worth to them was $300.00 on auction. Tim let me test drive an Altima which was a great experience. He also had several other vehicles lined up for me to see, one was the 2011 Mazda Three. From the moment I sat in that car, I knew it was the one for me. After a quick test drive, Tim and I sat down to talk numbers. With no money down, he was able to find a deal for me that was simply amazing. Wendle paid off my Aveo and found a great interest rate for my loan. My wife wasn't completely sold on the deal as she wanted to refinance the house first; wish I had known that before. Tim understood but still kept the communication lines open and kept following up with me with even better offers. Finally, nearly a whole week after my initial visit, I called Tim back and found out that the Mazda was still available. Situations had changed my wife's mind and she gave me the green light. Needless to say I promptly piled myself into my Aveo for the last time and raced to Wendle. Tim introduced me to Kevin Parker who worked especially hard to find me the best interest rate (2.9%) and found me a great option for extended warranty and Gap coverage. I've never experienced a group of people who were committed to working so hard to make a deal happen. I will shop with Wendle for my future cars as well as maintenance from this point forward. Thank you Wendle, Tim, and Kevin for working so hard for me! Tim is by far the BEST salesman I've ever worked with, Kevin was exceptionally helpful and made the numbers portion of the process easy to understand, plus he's an avid golfer which I can appreciate. Finally, Wendle Ford is the place to shop for a new or used car on any budget. hi there. my first visit to wendle was about 10 years ago and i swore i would never return. the gentleman i was dealing with was extremely rude and pushy. i left with a very bad taste. would have rated it a and i swore i would never return. the gentleman i was dealing with was extremely rude and pushy. i left with a very bad taste. would have rated it a zero out of five. but recently i had been searching for another vehichle and came upon one i was interested in and it happened to be at wendle. reluctantly i drove the 100 miles there to look at this vehicle. i was very pleased with the salesman nik hames who greeted me as a friend outside the lot. honestly he made the sale for sure. if i had another bad experience i without a doubt would not have purchased from wendle. the price was right, and nik really helped me out in all aspects. so thanks nik hames for the great experience. i hope your manager knows what an asset you are the the dealership! I have had service at Infinity about 4 times now and have had Randy as the service adviser. He is 100% great and does everything to be sure my experience is satisfactory. We visited Wendle Ford on a whim after having an unpleasant experience at a local dealership. At the previous dealer, we had to seek out a sales person. At Wendle, we were greeted by Chad before s unpleasant experience at a local dealership. At the previous dealer, we had to seek out a sales person. At Wendle, we were greeted by Chad before stepping out of our vehicle. He was amazing. He listened to what we wanted then searched Wendle's inventory to find us several options. The previous salesman had told us that we were essentially asking him to find "a needle in a haystack". Chad's response was, "I want you to get the car you want." The entire Wendle team worked with us to give us the options we wanted at the price we were asking for. The negotiations were respectful and even though we are 400 miles away, we will definitely consider Wendle when purchasing our next vehicle. Thanks! Chris and Candace More

Nate was unavailable and Brent had actually went home at 5 and had no intentions on meeting for our appointment. I met with Cece instead who was less then thrilled to be in the cold showing us cars. The car I scheduled with Brent to drive did not even have keys and had not had keys for a while so we couldnt even drive it. Cece met us the next day on a test drive and argued with me about the blue book value of the car. I have never been treated so horribly by a sales person. We said we would take the car in spite of the service and Cece was suppose to fax me a purchase order the next morning to give my bank. By 12pm my bank was wondering where the purchase order was and no one at Wendle was returning our emails or phone calls. I finally emailed the online infortmation site on the website and stated that if anyone in that company was motivated to sell that I had been waiting all morning to get my purchase order. I got a reply back from cece an hour later saying that she would start the order for me but was going to up the price 1,000 dollars for having to cut 2 keys for the car after thier lot boys lost them in a snow bank. I said I would not pay for that and sorry we couldnt make a deal. That night I went to Spokane Subaru and bought the first car they showed me and had never had a smoother transition. I will not go back to Wendle and I will make sure noone I know in the market for a vehicle goes abck either. More

I went in for an oil change. My car was taken to the oil change on time. It came back in 1.5 hrs. Without me saying anything, the service advisor, Randy, apologized for it taking so long and did not charg change on time. It came back in 1.5 hrs. Without me saying anything, the service advisor, Randy, apologized for it taking so long and did not charge me for the service. He then reprogramed an automatic window so it would work as I wanted it to and he adjusted some items in the on screen display software. I have been in for service twice, both times have been a pleasure. More
I could not have been happier with the experience I had purchasing a new truck from Wendle. From the time I walked on to the lot to when I drove my new truck out of the driveway I was treated with respect purchasing a new truck from Wendle. From the time I walked on to the lot to when I drove my new truck out of the driveway I was treated with respect and genuine interest in my needs. Never did I feel pressured or coerced into buying a vehicle I was not interested in and although there were more expensive trucks on the lot, the salesman was diligent in finding me the EXACT truck I wanted without any options I wasn't interested in or didn't need.
