I couldn’t have had a better experience than the one I had with Wellesley VW. I had an issue with a turbocharger that had gone bad and was totally unaware of the PZEV warranty. The lady on my initial phon had with Wellesley VW. I had an issue with a turbocharger that had gone bad and was totally unaware of the PZEV warranty. The lady on my initial phone call informed me about it,, which was very nice of her. Then Drew and Karl were both extremely professional and kind with me. When I returned to get the car I was stunned that I had had this major repair done at no charge. This also speaks to the professionalism of VW as a company, to provide this warranty when they know they have a part that wasn’t as good as it could’ve been. Karl and Drew provided an Uber ride for me from and then back to the dealership. Just an overall fantastic experience — from the lady who first took my call, (I’m blanking on her name, unfortunately) and then Karl and Drew. They get my highest endorsement and rating possible. And even though I didn’t meet them, I want to thank the mechanics who worked on my car. More

While I was disappointed that they couldn't find my car that had been towed to their lot for my appointment and didn't call me to ask where I was, making me need to wait a whole nother week for a second ap that had been towed to their lot for my appointment and didn't call me to ask where I was, making me need to wait a whole nother week for a second appointment and they had no car to offer me, once my car was being worked on I had a wonderful experience. Drew was an excellent communicator. My car was fixed immediately with free brake fuel on the house for my troubles and the original issue was covered by VW's warranty. I previously was a Honda owner and those people were terrible! My experience at VW has been nothing but kind and I never feel like the men are trying to overcharge me or rip me off like they constantly were at Honda. I am never going back! Thank you VW! More

We had brake work done and they lost the lock key for the wheels. I went to have our wife winter tires installed and they wanted to change me 200 dollars to cut the wheel lock off.
