I always try to deal with Drew Ricci when I bring my car in for service. He's friendly and enthusiastic to work with and when the job is done he goes into great detail about what they found, what they neede in for service. After a not so great experience at another VW service center, I decided to go to VW Wellesley and had an infinitely better experience.
